My mum has been a resident since July '25. The staff have without exception made her life so much more comfortable than we could provide with "home care". Everyone who greets her does so with smiles and kindness. Patience & attention to her wellbeing and dignity is abundant. If there are any
problems she is attended to immediately. She smiles and is at ease with all the staff. Having been involved with geriatric care myself on a professional level, I am very aware when the elderly are NOT happy and are not getting the care they need. But ALL the residents are in excellent hands and it shows.

My husband stayed for a weeks respite: 5 * care, came back 6to me happy & content. Eating more than he did when he went int. Remained in routine with his care as requested by myself. His room was beautifully set out & staff we happy to rearrange as requested. All staff I met were polite, courteous
and highly professional.

All the staff are fantastic, compassionate, caring and care both for the resident and their families/friends.
My wife has been a resident for 14 months and I couldn't have wished for better care of her.
On her sad passing this month the staff were excellent, she passed with dignity, painfree and
peacefully. Myself & Daughter were also looked after so well by all the staff, making this sad time more bearable.

From the time of arrival until checking out, the staff and management were so perfect and kind. Not faults at all.
Food was very good.

My dad was treated very well by all staff at the home, with kindness and dignity, sometimes in very challenging circumstances, they had a lot of patience with him and allowed him to do his own thing, but making sure he was safe and all others were safe also.

Dad received exceptional care during his short time at Beech Lodge, everyone was so attentive and caring - a real family atmosphere - they genuinely want what's best for dad and all of us. From the start, everything was so efficient and well run. Thank you!

I can't thank all the staff at Beech House enough for everything they did for my dad. They took him to their hearts and showed him genuine love + affection. My only regret is that sadly his stay with them was all too short. Nothing ever seemed to be too much and my dad's well being was always top
priority. There is a real sense of family at Beech Lodge that run through all the staff. They are wonderful. Thank you for looking after dad so well in his final weeks and for looking after me too.

The staff were very caring and gentle to my wife, they tried very hard to keep her happy and cheerful.
Also the they were very respectful towards me when visiting and made me feel very welcome.

My mother passed away on 18th December. Everyone treated her passing with tremendous dignity.
They also looked after me so well, which is why I am here on Christmas Day to bring the staff some goodies.

I cannot thank you all enough for the way my mum was cared for in a loving and happy home. She had some challenging times but also many happy times, when my mum passed you were all so helpful and accommodating. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My husband, eldest son and partner have travelled from Canada and Edinburgh to visit my sister for three days. We are all impressed with the care given to my sister, I know that when we leave to go home, we will feel assured, as always, that my sister will receive continued, excellent care. Thank

Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home is always a warm and welcoming place. The staff couldn't be kinder. My mum was comfortable, clean and is always very well looked after. Everyone knows my mum and what she likes and her history, the staff take the time with her. They also take the time with us
relatives and although they must be busy, they always have the time to answer questions. I take great comfort knowing my mum is so well looked after and in such a caring environment.

My father was a resident at and in the care of Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home for the last two years of his life.
The care he received and the respect and dignity with which he was treated were exemplary.
He could be a difficult man but he genuinely liked the carers and the support he was given.
I couldn't have wished for a better place for my father to spend the last years of his life.

I'm so happy we chose Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home for my nan. The staff are so dedicated to their role and treat my nan as an individual, recognising her unique personality and needs. The food, facilities and personal care at Beech Lodge are exactly what I hoped she would receive. Choosing a
care home for a family member is such a difficult decision and I am confident that Nan is in the right place.
