The staff do an exemplary job, absolutely nothing is too much for the clients with all their needs. The unit is really well set up very homely very clean a well cared for. Today my sister needs extra support due to a family bereavement, the staff were so kind and helped her through the whole
experience, going out of their way to make sure she was ok as well as supporting us at the same time, as a family we were truly grateful. I certainly could not recommend The Rowans and their team enough, we are so pleased that my sister is there. As a family, we would very much recommend The Rowans for their tireless care and attention given to all their clients and cannot praise them enough.
