My nan has been a resident of the Care Home since November 2024. She lived at home alone until her Dementia disease progressed to such a point we could no longer safely manage her at home.
Since that admittance she has settled really well and the care staff have always been extremely polite and
helpful. We've had a couple of instances where she's fallen, but the staff have been quick to react and deal with the situation, keeping the family updated through the whole process.
The care staff who are in the home on a daily basis, who we've had the pleasure of getting to know during our weekly visits are amazing. I say every time I'm in there that they're absolute angels - its not a job for the faint of heart and they carry it out with smiles on their faces.

My mother has been with you since November 2024, and during that time, I have only seen love, kindness and understanding given to her. As with all residents, I am sure they all have their different personalities, and the staff have an understanding of what she likes and dislikes; they allow the
resident to still have choices and opinions. As I am sure all families have felt, to finally admit that I was incapable of caring properly for my mother and needing to put her into care, was an upsetting thought. But I can live with the knowledge that she has the best care I could have wished for.

Lovely care home and staff looking after my mum. My mum has a form of dementia and is happy with where she is. The staff looking after mum are constant so always the same faces. All staff have a smile and always happy to help.

I would not even consider kenneling my dog here. There's a handful of care staff who care, but the vast majority are non empathic, untrained unapproachable people, meant to be carers, they couldn't care less. The management are all ignorant unless it's going their way, then they're all over you.
Almost every time I visited my wife she would be sat in her recliner chair wet with urine. I asked one person, I won't even call them care staff, to change my wife and she said it's only 2 hours since we changed her and she's not due for a change for another 2 hours. I even found my wife, who I must add is of zero capacity and can't do anything for herself, in bed soaking wet at 10am and it was from during the night, some of the sheet was dried yellow. Please don't send anyone to this non caring care home

My wife is a recent resident at Willowbrook House and I cannot speak highly enough of the care she receives. A well run, kind and happy home. I visit very frequently and I am always warmly welcomed by the staff, who keep me well informed as to the state of her health and how she is settling in.

My mum was placed in Willow Brook in July as no longer safe at home. She has received the best care and settling in great. I have noticed she smiles more now. It has been hard for her, me and the staff with this virus but they have been so helpful with everything. Big thank you to all for what I
thought would be a difficult time, they have made a lot easier.

Willow Brook House care home has gone from strength to strength over the two years that my mum has been in the home. We find that the staff provide a friendly, caring service. The management and senior carers listen to any concerns we have, and together we try to solve any problems. The catering
team always adapts the menu to suit my mums need, which can be challenging. A special mention goes to the two entertainment carers. They have worked hard to provide activities to stimulate all the residents. Facetime has been invaluable in these difficult times. Well done all!

The building is well-kept. Outside areas are good, staff are helpful and welcoming. Personal care (hygiene, etc) is good.

My mother has been a resident for about one year. During that time we have always found the care to be excellent. All the staff are very good and will do anything to assist my mother in any way possible.
The food is always excellent and freshly prepared. Overall we are very happy with the care

Nothing is too much trouble for the caring and friendly staff (who occasionally are rushed off their feet).

My uncle has lived at Willowbrook House for a year and a half. I cannot fault the care he has received from the staff. He can be quite hard work but the staff have managed his behaviours and developed a really good relationship with him. He now goes to the pub once a week which he really enjoys and
looks forward to. Thank you to all the staff that have taken the time to care for my uncle.

Excellent care provided by all staff towards Mother during her recent illness. Even though I felt I needed extra help, nothing was too much trouble. Service with a smile from all staff. Thank you.

I accompanied my mother when visiting her friend at this home and I have to say that I was very surprised with the lovely warm welcome we received and how caring the staff are, the home was very clean and tidy and the residents were all well presented and appeared happy. There was a BBQ and a singer
outside on a decked area and some residents were dancing, it was so lovely to see as there is only ever bad press about care. I would not worry about placing my elder relatives in this home.
