From the first day my sister came to live at Israel Sieff, I could feel that this was a perfect place for her needs. She was welcomed by every member of staff in all areas. She soon settled in and made friends. She enjoys spending time with others and joins in with activities and trips out to
theatres, cafes, markets and thoroughly enjoys these. Israel Sieff is clean, smells nice and is well-maintained. We are all as a family so happy with this place.

My mom has been in Israel Sieff Court for nearly a year. Since my mum has resided here, she has been so much more settled. Also, the level of care has been excellent. Mum really enjoys the food, which is made on the premises. The care staff are more than obliging. My mum is very happy here, and it
shows in her wellbeing. I am, and my sister has no regrets of her moving into Israel Sieff.

As a family we were very unsure of moving nanna into a care home but as soon as we arrived the welcome was amazing and my nanna has fit right in she loves it here that gives us all a sense of relief. We really do appriciate all the staff so much for all being so kind and caring.

Superb communication, staff always friendly and 100% accomadating. Facilities constantly tidied and place is always clean. My mother receives a lot of attention as well as all the other residents. Wouldn't change at all, she is happy and content.

All of the staff are absolutely amazing, they can't do enough for you, all of my sisters needs are met and all with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a clean caring place for their loved ones.

My mother is very happy at the home. She gets on with all the staff and likes the food. The management are very friendly and polite. My sister and I are very happy with the home.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Israel Sieff court. They compassion and care they show my auntie is second to none. The home is really welcoming and they do some lovely activities. Would definitely recommend to other people

The staff truly are amazing. The way they look after my auntie puts us all at ease. No matter what you ask them to do, they are always happy to help. They go above and beyond. Very kind and compassionate. The little outings they go on melt your heart. My Auntie is so happy

My aunt passed away in April 2025 and for the previous 4 years she had been a resident at the home. From the outset it was clear that she would be both safe and content there. The main reason for this was the care, attention and diligence exhibited by the entire team. Over the time she was there my
aunt's needs changed and the staff seamlessly adapted their care to meet what she required. Their communication to me was always clear and timely and they went out of their way to find solutions to some of the more complex issues. On a broader note, all staff there work hard to provide a welcoming environment for visitors. Individual and common rooms are bright and clean. She was happy there.

From the moment my mum was admitted to Israel Sieff Court, the care has been exemplary. They are always understanding her needs and personal preferences. She has been treated with kindness and dignity. This relates to everyone working here, from the cleaners, laundry lady, carers, and facilitators,
but in particular the carers. Her room is lovely, always clean and tidy. My bother and I have been very pleased, particularly at the beginning, which was a difficult situation; dealt with so well by Israel Sieff Court.

Always a welcoming happy atmosphere. The resident is comfortable, warm and well looked after. The staff take time to interact and often go beyond the call of duty. I am very happy with the care.

My personal experience is that it is a lovely friendly caring home. My mum is so well looked after and all her needs are cared for. The staff will always help myself and my mum if anything is ever needed. Is really a home-from-home.

My mum was at Israel Sieff Court for only six months. The love, care and sensitivity shown by all staff was amazing. Mum was always clean and presentable, well fed and loved to join in the activities. Mum had a love for a particular song and the staff loved nothing more than to play along with her.
The staff have been amazing. Since Mum's death, loving and caring, it was lovely to see so many of them at the funeral.

I just wanted to thank all the staff for being so nice and caring for my nana. They are all so friendly and thoughtful. I can also see how happy all the other residents are. I felt very welcomed.

Without a doubt, the most caring, patient and wonderful staff at Israel Sieff Court Care Home. Nothing is too much trouble at any time for managers, team leaders, carers, caterers and cleaners. All made our time with Mum through her end, from happy to sad times, so much easier. Knowing she was in
the very best of hands.

The love and care my mum received was second to non, she felt safe, loved and cared for. Staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble. It's a difficult decision choosing a home and I know I made the right choice with this one. My mum felt at ease from day one and was treated with care and
dignity to the end, she is no longer with us and the family are comforted knowing she was in good hands. Staff are amazing!
