Since my mother moved into Ann Slade in August we have consistently been very impressed with every aspect of her care. The staff are wonderful with her and truly care about building a relationship and providing a happy environment. They manage everything she needs and balance this exceptionally well with communication to the family. It is great to have such peace of mind that she is looked after so well. We do not hesitate to highly recommend this care home.

Excellent staff, very friendly, clean establishment, look after all residents well, nice personal setting. Residents have as much independence as possible. Family always welcomed no appointments needed. Would recommend.

My father in law has been here for a year now and I cannot begin to explain how reassuring the staff have been. My father in law was very independent until the very last moment, until he needed extra support. And the staff have gone above and beyond. The laughter echoed throughout the home, activities daily, no pressure on the residents to do anything they don't want to. Just a warm, friendly and honestly CARING place for your loved ones.

The staff at the home are marvellous. They are patient, caring and spend time with the residents. The whole atmosphere is one of an extended family rather than the cold clinical approach of many other places. Many thanks to the staff there for looking after my 97 year old father recently and he is looking forward to another stay shortly.
