I found when I call, the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much bother.

Bright and warm common areas (I haven't seen the bedrooms). They've added some nice features, like relaxing lights in the quiet room. The staff all seem nice and have a pleasant manner with the residents, who always have a cup of tea to hand! It seems to be secure, with locks on all external doors
and an entry procedure for visitors.

The care home is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. My relative is always clean and looks nice. Residents all look clean, and my cousin seems to be quite happy considering her condition. I cannot comment on the management or value for money as I don't know anything about that side
of things.

My mum has been in the home for approx 7 months. The staff have always treated her with dignity and compassion. They listened to any concerns from her relatives and acted accordingly. They have passed on relevant information for doctors etc., as my mum has dementia

The staff are very friendly and they go out of their way to help. Food looks excellent. Always there to answer any questions.

Mum has been staying here for 5 months now. We have found all the staff to be very caring and friendly. They have been very alert and aware of mums care needs. This has definitely helped mum to settle here and helped us with the transition.

Excellent visit to see my cousin. The staff are amazing, attentive, caring and very pleasant and informative to us as visitors. I just wish I lived nearer, I would visit very much more and would be supportive to the wonderful home.

The staff at White Rose Court really care about their residents. Nothing is too much trouble and they communicate very well to the family of a resident. Little personal touches make a world of difference.
The management and staff understand what the resident really needs, unlike the care they would
receive in hospital. Well done White Rose Court for making a difference. X

My mum has been in White Rose Court for about a month now and seems to have settled in. She says she likes her room and the staff are lovely.

My first visit to a lady I had been supporting regularly before she was taken into care. She was delighted to see me and was very happy and content with her present 'home'. She spoke happily about things she had been doing. I stayed for over an hour and felt that the whole atmosphere was a calm and
pleasant one. I sat outside for this visit as it was a lovely sunny morning. I did not go upstairs or see any meal times. I was given a most welcome drink when I arrived (after a long journey)

I can only say that my aunt who is very frail is treated with respect and love. It is so very hard as she is so ill but consideration is permanent. Thank you to all the staff for the care given.

I've called a few times this month to visit my mum. She always look clean and presentable, comfortable and quite contented. The home is always clean and well looked after. I am kept up to date with mum's progress, either when I visit or by telephone call. I really do not have any worries, I know she
is well looked after. I'm not present at meal times, nor do I go to her room. I sit with her in the lounge.

Staff were very respectful with care for my grandparent. Keeping us updated. Going above and beyond for the extra care provided. Sorting dental work needed, etc. Friendly care members, very tidy.

We reviewed/visited several homes in the area. White Rose Court was by far the best.
The staff - all the staff were particularly good & the care my father received was excellent.
I am so grateful my dad spent his last few years here.
I would definitely recommend.

My mum was a resident at White Rose Court from June 2024 but unfortunately passed away on 02 April this year.
I cannot thank the staff enough for all they did for her since she moved in. The rooms are light and airy with nice furniture and washing facilities. The food always looks and smells
nice with choice every meal. Staff are always around to answer any needs, cups of tea, biscuits, etc. and always sat and talked to her if she wasn't feeling too good.
They were exceptionally special to our family, very caring and loving with Mum in her final days. I have no hesitation to recommend White Rose Court for a home from home atmosphere with compassionate care and medical assistance included.

My mother in law has only been in for about 6 weeks, but I am impressed with the care she gets. She is always clean and tidy.

My auntie is cared for very well and is happy. She is always treated with dignity and kindness. She enjoys the food, and the staff are always happy to make her a cup of tea when she wants one.

I am very happy with the way my mother is taken care of. She love the company of others. The care home is clean. The carers are warm and friendly and their is spent of activities my mother takes part in.

We reviewed/visited several homes in the area. White Rose Court was by far the best.
The staff - all the staff were particularly good & the care my father received was excellent.
I am so grateful my dad spent his last few years here.
