The home is excellent but what really makes Rosegarth standout are the staff, they are exceptional in dealing with not only my mother but all the residents they care for. Always up for a laugh and a joke but take their jobs very seriously. Family are encouraged to stay for meals to help make it more family focused where possible. The staff had my mother in tears for her birthday staff and management looked after her and spoilt her rotten which was fantastic. As for food, well there is nothing I can say about that except there is plenty of it and its all home cooked and tastes great. They also do other activities, last week there was a barbeque for all the residents and to see their faces light up being outside in the summer sun was amazing and just the sort of thing I have come to expect from them all. The room my mother is in is large with an ensuite bathroom where she can take care of her self when able but the staff are always on hand should she need assistance
