Warm, friendly greetings and help at all times by all of the staff. They go the extra mile for residents and family. The areas are well maintained, clean and fresh and all requests are met with cheerfulness and speed if possible. My mother loves the food, she thinks its amazing, which is a huge
compliment from such a fussy woman.

Elton Hall has a warm, friendly vibe, and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Mum feels the food and laundry are excellent, having explored eleven similar care homes. I personally feel that I would enjoy living at Elton Hall should the need arise. Thank you!

I am very happy living at Elton Hall. Management talk to me if I have a problem, and keep me safe here. Carers very polite, cheerful and helpful. The activities are jolly and good personalities who try to do many games etc... to keep us all active! This is my forever home, so relaxed here, I do my
own hobbies and I have made many friends, thanks!

Following an internal audit, I was contacted by the staff to say that they had found some of Mum's belongings in a small envelope in their safe and arranged for them to be returned to me. These were important personal mementos that I had not realised were missing, so I was very grateful!
Elton Hall
looked after both Mum and Dad at the end of their lives, and the care, support and dignity they gave both during their final stages were outstanding. Both had dementia of different kinds, but the staff looked after both as individuals, ensuring that I always knew they were safe, well cared for and loved. For me, living 200 miles away, this was vital, and when I came over for my weekly or fortnightly visits, I was always made to feel welcome and brought up to speed on their care. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and I loved my visits, despite the travel.
I will forever be thankful for the professionalism, compassion, and love that the staff showed Mum and Dad.

For your information I am employed as an Independent Advocate we are people first. In my role as an advocate for my client, I visited him at Elton Hall care Home in Elton on the 23/04/25. I can confirm that the care and support plans were easily accessible digital system and we are very person
centred. Additionally the care and administrative staff were very supporting and professional to me and my client, I was very impressed.

Totally dedicated kind and caring staff who stop at nowt to make residents comfortable. Their kindness and hard graft is amazing. Frankly, they need a medal or trophy as they give their all on very long shifts. Very lucky residents who have the best you can get.

First I would like to thank you for the improvement to the Hollies where my wife resides, also downstairs it's also nice to visit.
But outside the front of the building is a total disgrace. A total mess. The facade wants a facelift. Rubbish from the
upgrade strewn about in the flowerbed full of weeds. The drive is full of holes and the entrance is poor putting off potential clients. It certainly needs to be done ASAP.

I was sad that my mother had to go into a care home but there was no other alternative. However, having visited her from afar I was so reassured and delighted with the accommodation, the care, and the staff. The manager and her staff were all hugely friendly and busily tended to the residents in a
genuinely caring manner.
The accommodation is very nice, warm and spotlessly clean. The communal rooms are quite spectacular, with well-maintained and pretty gardens. The rooms are nice, well equipped, and provide individual wc and sink facilities. It was reassuring that there was a programme of daily maintenance in place.
I came away feeling much happier about my mother's circumstances as I know she is safe, has good company, and will be well looked after.

My father moved to Elton Hall for respite. The staff made very welcome and made a fuss of him. The care staff treated him with dignity and kindness at a time when he was most vulnerable. A big thank you to Elton Staff who made our family welcome. The environment could do with an upgrade as it is a
little outdated but clean.

My sister is well cared for and, more importantly, safe. The staff are lovely, caring and kind. The food is lovely, much better than I make myself!

I would like to say, on behalf of my friend who was a resident briefly at Elton Hall, a big thank you for the aftercare received.
My friend was only briefly there, over a weekend of residence, as a matter of emergency. She was then sent to hospital for further treatment.
Despite the fact the stay
had been brief, the staff were very helpful to me as a friend and interested in my friend's ongoing situation, trying to locate property and finding a means for it to be sent on. They also got involved in discussions with the hospital regarding her need for extra support and concerns about her wellbeing, all of which was not compulsory but in fact offered out of genuine concern.
Well done and thank you. It’s good to know people are not only well trained, but totally right for the job and prepared to try to help make a difference.

My wife was a resident at Elton Hall for a few months, suffering from dementia, until she passed away recently. I cannot fault the care she received from all the staff, who go out of their way to make the home friendly, happy, warm and entertaining for everyone. On every visit, I was greeted with
smiles, cuddles and joy - a warm spirit everywhere. I cannot thank them enough.

The staff and carers at Elton Hall have been magnificent during their care of my brother, who sadly left us at the end of September 2021. My brother requested that he spend the last weeks of his life in their care as opposed to entering hospital and they did everything in their power to ensure he
received the very best of care during this difficult time. He called Elton Hall 'home', and he loved his last eleven years there, amongst his friends and the management and staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elton Hall as a place to find peace and comfort in one's latter years.

I have really enjoyed myself at Elton Hall and will continue to. The management is first class, and the staff provide excellent care. I, myself, have got an (ABI), and the staff cater to my needs.

It's a very cheerful home to be a resident in. As the carers end-over backwards to help you in a polite respectful way. The sandwiches, cakes and dinners have been excellent lately and such a good variety. My life changed for the best and it's the safest I have ever felt in Elton Hall! To everyone
