The care home has been the best thing that's ever happened to me the staff and full experience of living here is amazing nothing is ever to much the service and care provided is second to none thank you so much for all the help

Our Aunty lived at Rosecroft for 11 years until her passing in April at the age of 83. From the start, the Manager and her team became her precious and deeply loved family. My aunt had severe learning difficulties from birth and required complex care, patience, and compassion. The Rosecroft team provided this unfailingly. I witnessed their dedication not only to my aunt but to all residents. In her final days, they gave her round-the-clock care, treating her with the love and dignity of a close relative.. On the day of her funeral, the Rosecroft family gathered to pay respects, each placing a rose on her coffin. Carers and managers also attended the service and supported its planning. As a health professional, I deeply respect such genuine human care. Rosecroft is not just a care home, but a special place with extraordinary people. Thank you to the managers and the entire team for being my aunt's dear family.

Mam who is 94, is very happy there and is well looked after. All the staff are friendly, there always seems to be plenty going on. Dad was also happy there until he died at 96, they cared for him until the end.

It's lovely to visit mam, but it will never be the same as sitting in the lounge with other residents. Will it be back to normal I don't know? The staff are always helpful and mam seems happy and really is settled there. It would be nice to see mam with her make-up on as she always did at home. I put it on when I was visiting her.

It was a very difficult decision placing my mum in a care home, however, I have found the staff to be welcoming and caring and have supported my family through this difficult time.

I find Rosecroft a very special place where my husband is very well looked after and very happy. Everyone treats him with respect and they are all friendly towards him and me. I wouldn't like him to be anywhere else. Home from home.

I find Rosecroft Residential Home very friendly and very welcoming. My mother is very happy and comfortable. She thinks the staff are very good.

Very good care. Very pleasant and friendly. Clean and pleasant rooms. The residents are very happy and there is good food.
