My husband and I travelled (6-hour car journey) from Devon to North Wales to visit my husband’s mum. We have to say how lovely the staff that we met and when hearing those magic words upon our arrival “would you like a cup of tea”. I wish I had asked the names of the four carers we had contact with
to thank them personally for their kindness while we were visiting. My mother-in-law seems very happy there and kept telling us how well she was looked after and how lucky she was and she had a choice of meals. The Nash may not be the poshest home there is but from what we saw, it looked clean, comfortable and homely. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother-in-law and for making us feel so welcome.

What a lovely home, the staff here looked after my grandma for the last 2 years until her passing in the beginning of December. The support they showed my mother (resident's daughter) helped her through a difficult time and was very much appreciated. Two staff members even attended the funeral. Such
lovely people with a genuine desire to care. Would highly recommend this Home. Again thank you to the manager and all staff. My grandma was very comfortable and cared for.
