My mother is cared for by a team of wonderful staff at Cartref Llys Fechan. She feels safe and loved and is treated with respect and dignity. The atmosphere is always peaceful, welcoming and happy which is so important to both my mother and myself. Along with my mother, we, as a family, have been
shown kindness and support, especially from the manager. The manager has been my rock throughout this difficult journey, I will be forever grateful to her - thank you very much.
