I visit Manorleigh Spring Meadows Care Home very regularly (every four to six weeks) in my capacity as an RPR (Relevant Persons Representative) and IMCA. I have four residents I visit there and each one of them is very happy and settled. They all consider Manorleigh to be their home and this is
largely due to the excellent manager, deputy manager and staff who go above and beyond to ensure that all their residents have the best life they can have. I often appear at their door without having made a prior appointment and am always welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The home has a lovely atmosphere, warm and welcoming and it is very clear the staff care a great deal about the residents they care for. I always enjoy my visits to this home, it is like visiting one big, happy family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Manorleigh to my own family members as I know from experience that they would be in very safe hands.

Our relative went into the home just after lockdown and has thrived with new experiences and new friends. Lockdown presented many challenges to the home and relatives regarding visiting and contacts etc but we were always able to see or contact our relative so that she was happy as we were.
She has been resident at the home for over two years and we are always happy that she considers Manorleigh as her home and she is content to return after we had taken her out. She has enjoyed a number of holidays, outside experiences and contact in the community that has helped her development.
