Hi.
Another huge thankyou to all the staff who gave up Christmas Day with their families to take care of ours.
Mum had a lovely day and as always loved the fun that Anna brought to the day.
I do not know where we would be without the likes of Anna, Frankie and the many other lovely staff who
give their all to this job.
I hope you all realise how much we appreciate you.
I hope 2026 is a great year for you all.

My brother Shaun has been in plas cae crwn care home for 2 years. He is happy and looked after with great care. To see him smiling and dancing is amazing since Annia the carer has been his direct one to one. All the staff are amazing, they all do a fantastic job. Shaun is very happy and flourishing

My Mum has been at the home for around three years now, staff are always friendly and polite.
Mum seems to get on with all of them, so that is a bonus too.
Staff are very approachable and are more than willing to assist with anything.
Room is always kept tidy and mum seems to be well looked
after.
Big shout out to the kitchen staff, food always smells lovely and don't start me on the cakes, yum yum.

My sister's room is always clean and tidy. There is never any unpleasant smells in the home. The dining room and lounge are always clean and fresh-smelling. I've always found all members of staff polite, respectful and very helpful. My sister is happy and content in Plas and now considers it her
home. I'm so grateful for the care she receives.

The staff are excellent but the only bugbear is our mum has a lovely room but the toilet and bathroom is about six doors away and she is sharing with male residents, could do with converting one of the rooms to an extra bathroom/toilet. The cleaning staff are amazing.

My Mum is starting her 4 weeks in Plas, all the staff are always on hand to answer queries or questions we may have. Absolutely amazing care 24 hours a day, keeping us updated if there is any change in Mum
The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. If you need a photo put
on the wall the maintenance man is your man to fix it.
The food is amazing, something for everyone.
The cleanliness of the rooms is above and beyond. The cleaner does an amazing job. My Mum is safe and well looked after and that is all we can ask. Thank you.

Today my sister and I visited Plas Cae Crwn Care Home to visit two friends. We were welcomed at the entrance and went through to the lounge. The building was clean, well-decorated and more importantly lovely and warm on this cold day. We sat and talked to our two friends and other ladies who were
residents there. The carer gave us a cup of tea when the residents had theirs. The carers were friendly I'm most sociable and nothing was too much trouble for them. After an hour and a quarter visit, we said our goodbyes. On our way out we were met by the lady manageress who was most pleasant. We expressed thanks and complimented her on the running of the place, a pleasure to visit.

My son has settled in very well and likes it. The staff are all very friendly and caring. It's nice to know that he is in safe hands.
Since his arrival at Plas Cae Crwn Care Home, he has put on weight, looks healthy and has a smile back on his face.

Everyone was happy and cheerful much better than other places I have been. The staff are helpful and kind much better than many years ago. If I had to go anywhere that is where it would be.

I feel safe and confident and feel well looked after. I can go to the staff with any queries or worries. I love my room; I have family photos in my room that remind me of home.
I enjoy the activities, especially pub night.
The food is excellent.

If you want peace of mind for your relative, this is the home for them to be in. Staff are attentive, and genuinely caring and treat their residents with respect and dignity. There's lots of interaction from staff, nobody is left out. Home-cooked food is fantastic, tea trolley is always about for
both residents and families. Her room is personalised. Mum went in for respite, determined to go back home at the end of it, but is so happy and well looked after that she's decided to stay long-term. It's home from home for her. We as a family can't thank everyone enough for her care.

My mum was very nervous about coming into a home but she has settled in so well here, the staff are so happy and caring and attentive to her needs, it’s lovely coming to visit and hearing the happiness in her voice when she says how good everyone is to her and nothing is too much trouble. The level
of care is amazing, she loves the food, her room, and chatting with the staff and residents and the manager! You couldn’t get a better one, just watching her going around chatting with the residents, the connection she has with them is lovely to see. Thank you for making Mum feel at home in her new home, I’d recommend this home to anyone.

We have been very pleased with the care given to our father. All the staff have been fantastic, very helpful, patient and kind not just to our father but to us as family members. Excellent level of care given, and I would have no problem recommending this home.
