Delighted with the level of care and compassion that all staff give my mother. I am so happy she is here and so well looked after. Mum enjoys very much all the activities she takes part in. A very bright clever person, and very good at maths, all the talent side have been able to use her when her
dementia is not at the fore. She loves company and singing, and coming here means she can enjoy all these activities. Excellent meals, always well dressed - hair looked after and clothes well cared for. Her bedroom always neat and clean. Staff very welcoming to all visitors.

Extremely well run, Maryville provides a warm and caring home for our mum.The atmosphere is lovely calm and peaceful.The staff are highly skilled and the care they provide, our mum's medical needs are carefully monitored, and any issues addressed with excellent communication with our family. We have
found the staff welcoming and very approachable, and they have shown our mum genuine kindness.

Maryville care home always appeared very well run and Mary always spoke very highly of it and was well taken care of. We always felt satisfied. She was in the best of care.

I find the staff friendly. Most of them are very friendly and professional. Staff are very hardworking. I feel my mother is in very good hands with most of the staff. I have no reason for complaint, but lots of praise and admiration for the staff. I look forward to coming to the care home and really
appreciate the warmth and friendliness of the staff. My mother acknowledges how hardworking they are. The activities are run brilliantly, and I enjoy joining in with activities. All staff really make a good, positive difference. They can be trusted.

I am happy living in Maryville Care Home. I feel secure and I meet friends. I am happy that they organise good activities that keep us mentally healthy and occupied. The food is clean, healthy and tasty and nice. My room is clean and tidy. We are lucky, having a beautiful garden. I am happy to be
living in Maryville Care Home.

My friend has been at Maryville for a while now. The staff are warm, attentive and really know her. The home is clean and bright, the food is excellent, and the residents are safe and well looked after. Couldn't wish for better.

After viewing and researching several care homes, I chose Maryville for my father, and, luckily, there was a room available. I made an excellent choice. The staff are welcoming, friendly, effective and, above all, extremely kind. This is an extremely well run care home. The quality of care is
outstanding, and any medical problems are dealt with promptly. My father is very happy at Maryville and especially likes the beautiful grounds.

My Mother continues to thrive with the excellent care and attention she receives at Maryville. The nurses carers and nuns always make her feel looked after and loved. Peaceful atmosphere. Staff calm, quiet but efficient and cheerful. Residents are treated with respect, the care team is diligent. Maryville Care Home has made our mother's life happier and more peaceful than it was anywhere else.
They truly care. We trust them implicitly and are very proud to be

maintained with comfortable spaces that foster both relaxation and social interaction. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.

The home manager was lovely and very kind to my grandad and she always made him happy. She would always show love and compassion for him. She was very compassionate. His room was lovely and very warm, he was given a lot of comfort. Very good hygiene and lots of good activities for residents even
board games, movies etc. They would also host lots of parties. Overall wonderful.

My mother regretfully began to show signs of dementia and as a family, we found we were unable to care for her due to our own medical problems. Maryville has been excellent, helping her to eat properly and to get in liquids. She lost weight, and by all the care taken by Maryville, she regained some
of what was lost. She has perked up and is taking an interest in the activities, especially music and card game sessions. We as a family are so happy to see our Mum coming back to us.

My mother who has Alzheimer's has been a resident at Maryville Care Home since April 2024. The home is clean, bright and tidy with a large, well-kept outdoor space for the residents to use. The staff are caring and supportive of the residents and their families. The staff are also very vigilant
about getting medical help and advice if it is needed. There are plenty of activities and my mum is always encouraged to join in. My mum is always treated with respect and dignity as are the other residents. Maryville is definitely a calm and welcoming place.

I will be able to return to Australia reassured that my 100-year-old mother is being well looked after, the facilities are excellent and the dedicated staff and most caring, as they attend to all my mother's needs. Her general health and outlook seemed to have improved since my last visit. Good
management, a secure and well-kept environment, with the most caring staff provides a positive home for my mother.

My Mother-in-law has been at Maryville Care Home for one year, and we couldn't be happier with the care she's receiving. The staff are incredibly compassionate, treating her with dignity and respect. They keep us well-informed about her health and are always approachable when we have questions. The
facilities are clean and comfortable and there's a real sense of community. It's a relief to know she's in a safe and supportive environment where she's truly cared for.
