I have been a resident here for 2 weeks, and my stay here was peaceful and a comfortable one. The staff, nurses, carers were extremely conscientious, devoted, and caring. The routine and timing was excellent, and the dedication of staff is to be admired! I do not wish to comment on meals/food cause
that is rather a personal taste. I was satisfied with the variety provided for me. Nor do I wish to pick on any negative aspects which I feel do not apply to me. Thanks for the care I have had here at Parkview Nursing Home.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the palative care my mother recieved right up until she passed - I would like to thank all the nurses and carers and the administrat staff for their kindness and helpfullness during the entire process from the beginning to the end. I am so greatful to all
involved.

The care given to my wife over the last two weeks has been outstanding. She has been treated with respect, compassion and kindness throughout her stay. All the staff working with her have been helpful, friendly and engaging. A huge thanks to all.

I was disappointed on the cleaness of the room for my grandma, I had to come and clean it. It could do with new carpet and new bathrooms it looks dated and with the money they charge could do this. A lady in blue uniform dropped a tablet on the dirty floor and was going to give it to. My grandma,
she said it's ok - if I was here she would have given to my grandma - disgusting.

Our dad received exceptional care in his final weeks in Parkview. He was treated with the utmost compassion, kindness, dignity and respect at all times. This was our observation of the other residents too.
It was a very difficult time for us but knowing he was being looked after so well made all
the difference. We felt listened to and understood which was so important to us.
Every one of the team work long hours and so hard and they are all dedicated to their work.
We could not have wished for a better place for our dad to be. If you are looking for a home for your loved one to be well cared for you will find no better place.

Excellent care, the staff were amazing, treated my mother with dignity, compassionate, the home itself was clean, secure with good security measures. The care team provided the physio "the life team" were brilliant. The visiting hours were good with plenty of time to spend with my mum. My mum said
the food was good. Due to our stay only being short we didn't experience any activities but I did see a timetable of activities such as a visit to the seaside, hairdresser which I thought was great. I felt reassured that my mum was here at Park View. My only negative comment is I felt each room should come with a TV - we had to purchase one in order for mum to have some entertainment.

I was sent here by hospital for care & recuperation. It was free of charge. The ratings say it all. All the arrangements for transfers and out patient appointments were faultless.

I find the staff immediately available when I press the buzzer. I am treated with kindness and dignity. I am grateful to them.

I have been a resident for 4 months and received excellent nursing and care. Regular pain relief and consultations with the NHS doctor have been part of my stay. The meals and drinks have been very good throughout the 4 months.

I found all staff approachable and always willing to help. It's always difficult leaving your relative after a visit. But I felt confident my father was well taken care of.

I cannot fault the staff in any way. I was treated so well the whole time I was in the home. Staff always ready to help in every way. Very caring.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the management, medical and non-medical staff for the warmth and care given to me during my stay in Parkview Nursing Home, having been discharged from hospital, following a fractured hip operation. My care was continued in Parkview Nursing Home for
two weeks and I was quite happy and content with the care and attention, and the quality of the food.

My stay at Parkview was satisfactory and provided care that I needed during my stay. The attention from physio OT and all staff was excellent.
But looking forward to going home.

I have been visiting my brother for 3 months and didn't know who was who (staff) or who was in charge, until now. I think staff should introduce themselves from the start. The staff are friendly enough. I am not next of kin and I don't really know what is going on with my brother i.e. Will he have
to stay here indefinitely or are there other plans for the future?

I want to express my gratitude during my stay at Parkview Nursing Home. The staff, management and activities staff are very nice, always gave updates on daily activities which I haven't attended, during my stay I chose to stay in my room and have a one-to-one. Thank you all very much. God bless.

My mother was a resident in Park View for two weeks after a stay in hospital when she broke her hip. The staff were friendly and attentive. When I arrived to visit my mother, they took time to explain to me what would happen over the course of her stay. Mum likes the food and the staff who took good
care of her.
