My husband moved in one month ago. The experience has far exceeded my expectations. He has settled in really quickly, he feels calm, safe and cared for. Our family have been made to feel so welcome, including our young children, meaning that we can still have joyful moments together as a family. I
have the confidence to know that mu husband is in the best place possible and recieving the best care.

Everyone in Dormy House is always so welcoming and friendly from the moment you enter the home. The care and support she has received has been excellent. She has always been treated with dignity and respect. Any questions or queries we had have always been taken on board and answered. The staff
have always gone the extra mile to help her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dormy House to anyone.

I visited my grandmother today, she looked very well kept, the staff were good with her, bringing her drinks and snacks, and were very attentive to her, which was lovely to see. The home itself is very clean and tidy and lovely views from the windows. Excellent place.

My aunt moved to Dormy House 6 months ago and I have been very happy with all aspects of her care - carers, management, catering, cleaners, reception, activities and events, communication etc. have all been excellent. As a result my aunt is calm, happy, engaged and enjoying her new home.

I visir my mother often, I never have any concerns with Dormy House. The staff are very good with my mum and seem to understand her dementia really well. She is very well looked after, I know when I leave my mum to go home she is left in safe hands.

The staff work hard to ensure person centred care. The management listen to any concerns that come up and are open to exploring strategies to continually improve upon their service. There are a wide range of daily activities to help stimulate interests. The home adheres to dietary preferences,
ensuring optimum nutrition and well-being. My mother tells me she is happy here. Thank you!

Very clean and welcoming. Excellent staff and management. Easy car parking and plenty of seating outside and in for spending time with my mum. Manager always available for discussions. Overall very happy.

Dormy House is a well-run, clean and caring environment for its residents. My sister seems happy and healthy so I'm sure she is in good hands.

I have just experienced the worst recent safeguarding's and following this, managerial decisions for my father, he has been treated with no care for his well-being, I am beyond shocked. It was originally a nice place but now the cracks have appeared, now they have become more busy and unable to meet
the needs, they once did.

Really friendly staff who've all struck a great rapport with my father. Always clean and well presented and easy/comfortable to visit.

the outstanding feature of Dormy house is the quality and dedication of the staff and management. It is a demanding and sometimes difficult job the staff are faced with but they soldier on with patience and quiet confidence.
My sister receives exceptional care and we are very pleased with her
physical progress at the home
The facilities are excellent and comprehensive.
Cleanliness is always going to be a challenge for some and there is a wide variety of needs required for such a diverse collection of guests but a challenge the staff seem more than able to cope with.
A special highlight for me is the quality, variety and availability of food at the home
