After realising we could not longer look after Dad at home anymore, we were lucky enough to get him placed in the Birches. Right from the start we knew he was in the right place, everyone was so friendly and made him feel at home. We can not fault a thing, the team were fantastic, well lead and the care was exceptional right up to end of his life. Thank you Lucy and your amazing team, keep up the amazing work.
