We had an exemplary service. The staff were unfailingly kind, considerate and professional. They gave our father a very dignified end.

We could not have been more impressed with the care that my dad got in Copper Beech. All the staff were professional and treated him with respect and dignity at all times. Copper Beech really felt like a home from home. Our experience during dad's end of life care could not have been handled with more sensitivity and humanity, and was a huge comfort to us at such a difficult time. I could not recommend Copper Beech more highly.

When my elderly mother needed looking after, Copper Beech was recommended by a friend whose own mother was there. Others I spoke to also mentioned it for the quality of the care provided there. We have not been disappointed. The whole team have shown us nothing but support, understanding and kindness. My father is now there too and every effort was made to find him a room in an emergency situation and move him close to Mum as soon as possible. The genuine welcome we all received, the warmth, kindness and helpfulness of all staff, made my parents feel at home, safe and secure and aware they are in excellent hands. As their daughter, I feel like many staff have become friends and if there is ever any issue, it is always dealt with promptly, professionally and with respect and understanding. I highly recommend Copper Beech.

My husband was admitted to Copper Beech for palliative care on 18/08/2025. Throughout his stay he was treated with excellent care and kindness. Staff going beyond to accommodate the needs of the whole family, offering comfort and empathy. He passed peacefully away on 04/09/2025, with the greatest of care and empathy.

The care at Copper Beech Care Home is exceptional. My father was on end of life care so was unable to access most of the wonderful facilities so the quality of care was really important to us. Every single member of staff from management to kitchen help went above and beyond expectations. Their kindness, empathy and treatment of my father, with utmost dignity was very much appreciated at this very difficult time. We will be recommending Copper Beech highly to all our friends & family. Thank you for being amazing!

My mum received excellent care from the whole team at Copper Beech Care Home, all the staff are amazing Mum and the family were treated with such kindness which meant alot to us at such a difficult time. We were able to visit anytime and were kept well informed. I would highly recommend Copper Beech Care Home, all the staff should be proud of the work they do and the difference they make.

My sister has been a Copper Beech resident for some considerable time and is therefore well known by most of the staff. The staff are amazing - totally dedicated, loving, helpful, kind and caring. My sister celebrated her 100th birthday last Sunday (13th July). The staff on duty arranged a small party with balloons, cake and decorations. Everybody worked tirelessly to make it a memorable & happy day. Thank you to all.

My aunt has been in Copper Beech for the last eighteen months. She is extremely well cared for by all staff and is now back to her happy self after being very lonely at home. I wouldn't want her to be anywhere else. Copper Beech is the loveliest home.

Was very impressed with the level of care and the attention to detail. My dad enjoyed his stay and would be happy to come back for another visit. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and the home was lovely and clean. They were happy to help in anyway that they could. Would recommend Copper Beech Care Home to anyone who asks. Many thanks.

My dad is content and happy in Copper Beech Care Home. The staff are caring and look after my dad very well, they have also looked after me when I have been upset about putting him in a care home. My dad loves the food in the care home and quite often has seconds. He also loves the singalong afternoon. Copper Beech's care of my father has taken a lot of stress away from me.

My mother has had incredible care at Copper Beech Care Home over the last 8 months. The staff have been very kind and attentive throughout this time. We couldn't have asked for a more caring environment, especially bearing in mind how frail and poorly she was before admission. It was a massive comfort to know that she was safe and secure in Copper Beech.

I was looking for a care home for my father and walked into Copper Beech unannounced. The reception staff and management could not be more helpful and sympathetic and we were very happy to help. My father has settled very well and the nursing staff have been wonderful. They treat the residents with dignity and care. Overall, my family have been very happy that we chose Copper Beech for my father.

My sister entered the home in late January 2024 following an inspection by my wife and myself. We were shown round by a very charming member of staff who explained all about the care they could provide. My sister and myself cannot fault the care she has been given. I know she can be difficult at times, however, the staff just smile and cope with each situation and I am extremely pleased with their care of her.

My mum was treated with the utmost care and attention. She loved all the staff and they loved her. Her bedsores were immediately dealt with from hospital stay. All staff, management, orderlies and nurses were fantastic. I could not speak more highly of this home. I would score it 10 out of 5. Thank you for your care and attention to my dear mum.

Copper Beech is very welcoming and homely, with high standards of cleanliness. While the staff are caring and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The staff appear to have a good rapport with the residents and also take an interest in the residents as individuals. The residents are also well catered for, with activities and entertainment which is open to the residents' visitors to share as well. I feel that my brother-in-law, who suffers from dementia and other issues, is being well looked after and cared for.

My husband had Alzheimer's so he went into Copper Beech from hospital where he was treated for pneumonia. Initially for three weeks respite care. However, after a few days we realised I could not care for him as well as the dedicated staff at Copper Beech. He became a permanent resident in January 2023. When family and friends visited we all felt his care was excellent. The whole atmosphere of the home was caring and supportive of him and me. He was always very contented, enjoyed the food, but could not remember activities! He sadly passed away in his sleep at the age of 93 on the 15th of October 2023. We were very grateful for the excellent care he received from all the staff - he did not lose his sense of humour and he told me he was living with his family, which I think is a great compliment to everyone.

I was looking for a care home for my father and walked into Copper Beech unannounced. The reception staff and management could not be more helpful and sympathetic and we were very happy to help.
