All staff's engagement with my wife is first class! This includes me and my family at all times. They are most courteous, jovial, pleasant, excellent at what they do and helpful and willing. Also, expedient when called. Hoovering and general cleaning are always being carried out.

My mother was admitted to Coniston Court for assessment after a two week stay in hospital following a fall at home. She was frightened and confused when she arrived and was still quite poorly. The staff at Coniston Court welcomed her and reassured her from the beginning. The manager is always
available and is really hands on and runs the home with great attention and care regarding residents, the staff and family members.
All the carers were so kind and compassionate and treated her not only professionally with the care she needed but also as a friend. She received a lot of hugs when she was frightened or confused and was encouraged to take part in the daily events and entertainment which were also excellent. In particular her nurse, was incredibly kind to mum during her entire stay. Mum loved the food there which was excellent and of a really high standard. We will always be grateful to everyone there who helped the whole family through a very difficult time.

My stepfather is residing at Coniston Court and is happy and settled since he arrived in May 2025. He is extremely well looked after. When we visit we are very impressed with the standards of are and facilities we see. The care staff are excellent and we are more than satisfied with the level of
care given.

Chose Coniston Court for a number of reasons.
1. Recommendations from relatives of residents.
2. Clost to our home so can make daily visits.
3. Weekly fee more reasonable than other local homes.
4. Very impressed with home manager, nurses and carers.
My wife has now been in Coniston Court for
10 weeks and I cannot fault the place. Super caring staff, excellent food, likes and dislikes catered for. For me and my wife it ticks all the boxes. Entertainment for residents several times a week.

My Dad was cared for with such love in the 5 months that he was here. The staff are so friendly and always made us feel welcome. We couldn't have asked for any more. They take care of the residents as well as the families. Highly recommend it and can't thank them enough.

We are delighted to have Mum here. It couldn't be better. We are thrilled for her to be near us in such a wonderful loving environment.

Coniston Court has been looking after my wife for almost 4 years now. The services, care, and dedication have got better and better and the professionalism and general level of attentiveness are second to none. My overall view is that my wife could not be in better hands and I would recommend CC
without hesitation.

This is a well-run care home and my husband seems to be happy here. The staff are very good, caring, and helpful if I ask anything to do with my husband's care. I can visit any time of the day and am welcome every time.

My experience has shown this is a very caring home and the wonderful carers and staff are very happy and involve themselves regularly with the residents. I am very grateful for their help in looking after my wife and the kindness they have shown.

I couldn't imagine anywhere to be as lovely, beautiful, kind and supportive as Coniston Court. From the very beginning, the manager and her wonderful team made us all feel so welcome and cared for. They helped more than they can ever know with the transition to care for Grandma. It's a beautiful
place to spend time. It is full of love, care and laughter. The team of nurses and carers really bond with their residents and they are so helpful and attentive. You feel like you are getting to know everyone, entertainers, cleaning staff, chefs, drivers. I hope if I ever need it, that the same will be available for me.

My brother has been a resident at Coniston Court since December 2020 and has been very well looked after by all staff. His main carer is a wonderful man who has looked after him with compassion and professionalism. I cannot praise the staff enough, they are wonderful.

My father spent his final months in the loving care of the staff at Coniston Court. At times, he struggled with his mental health and physical difficulties but the people who worked with him genuinely cared about his well-being. He wasn’t forced to get out of bed if he wanted to have a rest, but he
was encouraged to join in activities as much as he could. The team helped our family cope too and his final days were calm and tranquil. He passed away with his family surrounding him and so much love from nurses, carers and activity staff. Thank you Coniston Court.

We are very grateful to know that our mother is being well cared for and is safe and comfortable. She has a lovely room and all the staff are friendly and cheerful and do everything they can to care for their residents.

Coniston Court Care Home was, for my mother, a home from home, which it should exactly be for the residents when they fear the traumatic move from long-lived homes.
All the staff work tirelessly to provide excellent care.
I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Mum has been a resident here for several years. It is a very special home on account of the wonderful staff. They are cheerful, kind, caring and respectful. Mum is always clean and they look after her fragile skin so well. I always felt it was the right place for her when she needed nursing care as
it still offers a homely feel. The main building is like a big house. It might not have all the modern facilities but it is very welcoming. It is wonderful for all to have the grounds and gardens and the delight of resident ducks!
