My father was admitted to Aronel Cottage in February 2022 and from that minute, he received nothing but outstanding care. His needs grew more and more complex as time went on, but he was still treated with care and dignity. The food was home-cooked and there was a lovely, varied menu. Whenever I
emailed the home with a question, I received a call back within the hour. The staff are all amazing, everyone knew the family's names too. The nurse in charge was always there to help and update us and he was always so calm and dignified. He deserves a special mention. My Dad's last couple of weeks when he had to stay in his room was dignified and the staff made it a special time for all of us. We could visit whenever we liked. Dad died in his room peacefully and in what we considered his "home.".
