Kind and caring staff, attentive to the needs of residents and hardworking. Very homely atmosphere. Regular, well-prepared and nourishing meals. Excellent and immediate action with regard to any sudden health lapses and drug administration. Always clean and tidy, especially beds.

My mother came to the home for palliative care. The home was very proactive in having her drugs reviewed, and she quickly started to gain weight and regain colour in her face. She was much calmer and more settled than she had been for a long time. Every member of staff was very kind and welcoming. I
think that she would have lived much longer if she had moved there sooner. I would particularly like to thank one member of staff for the care she gave.
