I always feel very welcome here at Cedar Court, the staff are all so helpful and willig to assist the residents and families. The food is lovely a good variety of meals, I came and enjoyed Christmas lunch with my sister, it was delicious.

Our family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the staff at Cedar Court Nursing Home for the care and compassion shown to our grandmother during her time there. She was treated with dignity, kindness, and respect, and it gave us great comfort knowing she was well looked after.
The staff
took the time to know her, and she was never just a resident-she was cared for as a person. We are truly grateful for the support shown to her and to our family during such a difficult time. This will always be remembered.

We are pleased with the care mum is receiving. When she first became a resident, she wasn't eating, she was losing weight. With the help from the staff, she is now eating a more varied diet and is no longer losing weight. Mum always seems relaxed when we visit. The staff are always friendly and
helpful.
It is lovely to see that Jane (activity organiser) involves all the residents, and is always calm and happy with them.

I visit mum on different days and times, but find her always washed, dressed and tidy. Her room is clean with the bed made and the bin emptied.
All of the team at Cedar Court are polite and friendly when I visit, and Mum has a good rapport with the staff. The manager keeps me informed of any
issues and appointments that Mum may have.

We are very pleased with the way mum has settled into Cedar Court after losing her mobility and beginning her palliative care journey.
Keeping on top of pain was our #1 priority and the nursing team here succeeded in this challenge with a prompt response for requests for pain relief. The general
care Mum has received has also been first class, and delivered with expert care, attention and love.

maintained, providing a lovely space for him to relax. The environment is warm, happy, and welcoming, and it is clear that residents' wellbeing is a priority. It is comforting to know my grandfather is safe, happy, and very well looked after. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone seeking excellent care for a loved one.

A very good care home with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are caring, supportive, and always approachable. Residents are treated with respect, and their safety and wellbeing are clearly taken seriously.
The environment is clean, calm, and well organised. Staff show a positive attitude

Finding the right care for a loved one is so important, and Cedar Court has give our family total peace of mind. Bill is safe, thriving and clearly loves staff, who treat him with respect and humility. Everytime I visit , the home is clean andthe team is incredibly kind and welcoming. Its heartening

I am the granddaughter of a resident at Cedar Court Care Ltd, and I cannot praise this care home enough. The staff are very friendly, caring, and always welcoming. They provide an excellent level of service and treat residents with kindness and respect. The manager is especially polite,
professional, and approachable, which gives our family great reassurance. Knowing my grandparent is well looked after means so much to us. I would highly recommend Cedar Court Care Ltd to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment.

The nurses & care staff (in fact all staff) are excellent, caring & greet you with a lovely smile. The food is very good. Level of care given by all is excellent. We know she is safe & will be taken good care of when we leave.

Cedars is a lovely home very professional staff . Who all work very hard . Staff are very caring . Rooms a good size and comfortable. Food is also very good from what I saw . Happy to recommend. Activities regularly on and residents seemed to really enjoy doing the crafts and quizzes

My husband has been in Cedar Court for almost two years, and I am very happy with the care he receives. The manager and all the staff are excellent, caring people who do their jobs sometimes in difficult circumstances and are familiar to the residents as they do not use bank staff, which I think is
very important.

All the nurses are very good with her, and all the care staff for their best and are good and caring. Due to her condition, some days nothing is right.

I am very happy with how mum is cared for, she always look comfy & cosy, all residents received lovely gifts at Easter had lovely singers come.
Just one thing if could push more fluids into mum

This is the fourth month, my dear wife (a dementia sufferer) has been resident there, at Cedar Court. She has settled in very well. Every effort is made by all staff to keep her occupied and happy and they succeed brilliantly. Of late these have been hampered by the absence (for family reasons) of
the activities assistant. However with other staff members stepping in, the activities level remains good. A Good Friday fun afternoon, with a singer and a well decorated home, all done by staff & residents, was a great success. Long may this facility remain. One hopes it will go forward in its current style and operation.
