Carisbrooke is a very friendly care home with caring team members. The registered nurses have great wound management knowledge.
My mother is very happy there and tells me she would recommend it to other people.
I feel my mother is safe and happy there and those are my main concerns.

My sister who has been a resident for more than 8 years with Parkinson's and has always been very well looked after in all aspects of her care and would recommend this nursing /care home and would recommend it fully.

My dad was cared for here for a few days. I can't praise the staff enough. They were all so caring, helpful and professional. Dad and ourselves were looked after so well and with such respect. A big shout out to three members of staff for being so caring. Everyone was fantastic, including the two
young ladies who supplied us with tea and coffee as often as required, along with a plate of biscuits bless them. Thank you so much to you all.

My mother was transferred to Carisbrooke Care Home from hospital in a very frail condition. The care that she was given was truly dedicated and outstanding. I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to the sister in charge and her team for making my mum’s final days as comfortable as
they were. I would also like to thank the sister in charge for the friendly support she gave me and my family during these very difficult times.

My grandmother has been staying here for intermediate care for the last few weeks. I’ve just asked her to rate the home out of 10 and she gave it a 12! Couldn’t recommend highly enough, the staff are so caring and the food is incredible. A lovely atmosphere and nothing is too much to ask. Our family
are so pleased that she is so happy here. Thank you to all that are looking after her so well.
