The staff looked after my brother so well, the compassion and attention to detail was second to none. Thank you so much to all the staff. Living in Melbourne, my mind was at rest after witnessing the wonderful care at Ilsham Valley Nursing Home. Thank you.

I have experienced 3 nursing/care homes over the last 2 years with friends and relatives this one has been the best to visit in regard to good and pleasant staff and management cleanliness and care quality.

From the minute we came to the home to review it we had a good feel about the place. Homely with a real friendly greeting from all the staff definitely the right place for my mum to live. We were not disappointed. The love and care shown to my mum was second to none from the manager to the nurses, carers, cooks, cleaners and maintenance man, all were superb. In the final days of my mums life she and we were treated with love and dignity. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The home was immaculate. The Managers, Health Professionals and staff were marvellous, attentive and caring. The home is in a beautiful setting, and it was calm and peaceful. Thank you, you made my mum's last days as best as possible.

My dad was cared for so well, with incredible compassion and good humour. I cannot thank the team enough. The home feels welcoming, is clean, and the staff are really friendly and thoughtful. The manager is kind, approachable and helpful. Dad couldn't do any activities so I've put don't know. Similarly his care was paid for so I can't rate value for money but I recommend the home without reservation.

My mum was looked after as if it was me, the care that was given was outstanding and she was treated with respect and kindness, the carers were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, and was always treated with dignity. I was always kept informed of mum's care and was able to be with her as she passed. It was run by a dedicated team. I would have no problems recommending this nursing home to other people.

I cannot express how happy I am with the care and compassion my sister receives here. All the staff are incredible to us as well, always feel welcomed when we visit.

After an indifferent experience at another care home, our early anxieties were quickly dispelled by the friendliness of our reception and the very patient approach taken by the staff. This has been engaging, and my wife has settled down extremely well.

An exceptional place, full of people who are much more than just professional - for their humanity, humour, compassion and gentleness sets a standard for most other nursing homes. They never lose sight that their patients are people first and foremost, and not some generic "we".

Staff are amazing, so much care is given and today they had a mocktail theme for all residents and visitors which was lovely.

My mum moved into Ilsham Valley nearly five years ago. On first meeting the manager, I was instantly put at ease. The staff are extremely friendly, very caring and supportive. They genuinely care for all residents living there. When I visit Ilsham valley everyone is always very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Ilsham Valley is like living with a family home from home.

We have visited a few times since lockdown and found systems in progress to be followed to the letter due to the Covid Pandemic. As we arrived today safety fire measures were being demonstrated to a member of staff which was very encouraging to know procedures were in place for evacuation if necessary. My 97 year old aunt was admitted summer 2020 needing 24/7 nursing and personal care. She settled down extremely well although devastated to have to sell her home to fund her care. The love and care given has been second to none by the well led team. Lovely home cooked food and great entertainment.

Lovely atmosphere; staff all very kind, considerate and caring. Nothing was too much trouble to help my father settle in; he loves the home cooking; especially the puddings! They have been very attentive to his needs and wishes; visiting is relaxed and calm. I would thoroughly recommend Ilsham Valley to anyone looking for nursing care.

My dad was transferred to Ilsham Valley after a spell in hospital when it was clear he would not be able to return to the family home. Everyone was very supportive during this transition, always taking the time to answer any questions we might have. The staff are superb, kind, supportive and caring, and always make us feel welcome when we come to visit. My dad really couldn't be in a better place. The food is of a high standard, his room is always clean, fresh and at a comfortable temperature. Originally we worried about my dad moving into a home. At Ilsham Valley we know he is safe, comfortable and very well looked after. We don't worry anymore. Thank you all so much!

My husband is extremely well looked after by the very caring staff. There is a homely air and my husband's interests were taken into account when decorating his room. The home-cooked food is to a standard he would have had at home, if not better! The care assistants are well supervised by the kindly but efficient Matron. Finding such a care home made the action of putting my husband in a Home so much less harrowing for me.

Since my mother-in-law moved in she has settled very well. The staff and management are wonderful and very accommodating doing everything they can to make her stay there a happy one. Nothing is too much trouble.
