My dad has been here for a few weeks after a long period in hospital, he has very challenging behaviour due to his complex medical needs. The staff have been fantastic in helping Dad to settle, treating him with care and dignity, nothing is too much trouble for them. The home is very clean, the
choice of meals is very good, residents can choose what they like, Dad has had the opportunity to go out with the activity team on the mini bus which he has enjoyed. A lovely welcome awaits family when you visit.

I would highly recommend Bridgewood Mews to anyone who is in need of care. Very clean and very welcoming. All the staff that I have dealt with, as always, have been friendly, caring, helpful and answer all the questions we need to know. I'm glad my relative is in this home.

All the bedrooms are very welcoming with personal belongings and have an ensuite. I find all the facilities and staff extremely good and caring. The home itself is always clean and tidy and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would always recommend Bridgewood to anyone needing care and nursing.

My children are looked after and I am happy with their care. The nurse will let me know when anything is wrong.

We would recommend Bridgewood Mews. They are caring, respect dignity and all the staff are very helpful and friendly at all times. Residents are treated with respect and as an individual, regardless of their needs. My son feels happy and safe in their care. Families are urged to take involvement in
care plans and are kept aware of everything.

Very friendly, welcoming staff, very caring, willing to listen to concerns. Care is of a high standard, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of the residents resulting in happy residential care of this person. Staff are deserving of a big pat on the back.

Warm, kind and very caring carers more like friends, ensuring my partner is well looked after in every aspect. The management team are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, any queries dealt with on the spot or as near as. Nurses are impeccable. I trust them 100 per cent. No worries for me and my
partner has excellent care. Win-win situation. Most of all my partner is happy.
