A BIG THANK YOU to all staff for the care and attention paid to my mother during her stay. Including all the doctors and nurses. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Despite her being a very sick lady, she thought everyone was very kind A difficult time, what with Conavirus!

Living in New Zealand my only contact with Dad was via phone call. Due to his health, it was difficult to hear him. Upon COVID lockdown I had my concerns regarding a full picture of his health. One of the nurses arranged for face time calls, which gave me a full-time picture. Again I had trouble
hearing Dad, no problems a headset was produced, could hear Dad. They also move Dad to a different area in the ward where wifi is better. It’s like I'm sat next to him. Not 12 1/2 thousand miles away. Thank you.
