View Full Details of Bricklehampton Hall Nursing HomeOur father has been a resident at Bricklehampton for 3 months. He's 99 years old. Since being at Bricklehampton he has started to come out of his shell, meeting the other residents for breakfast and lunch, and is even enjoying some of the weekly activities! He is a very shy man and this is a huge breakthrough. We really value the care that he is receiving and also the welcome we (the family) get each time we visit.
Our best friend has no relatives and gave us lasting power of attorney. We choice Bricklehampton Hall because we were impressed with the caring attitude of the staff towards residents, knowing each person by name and treating them with dignity. The home is clean and bright with it's own nursing & caring staff. There is an on-site kitchen which prepares meals that the residents want. Our friend was in her last few weeks of life and with severe dementia. She was bedbound but staff were on hand to look after her every need. We visited frequently and were treated with kindness and compassion. It's not the cheapest of nursing homes but it is the highest quality in term of care with dignity.
My mother was admitted to Bricklehampton Hall at the start of the pandemic after Pershore Hospital closed. Although we were separated due to lockdown, I was thankful for the stringent procedures to prevent patients and staff from getting Covid-19. My mother enjoyed the home cooked food, and her birthdays were always celebrated with lots of treats. The activities staff were a great support. The standard of nursing care was exceptional, especially after a series of strokes. Nursing staff always kept us informed and took exceptional care 24/7. The end of life care was very supportive and peaceful. I have frequently recommended Bricklehampton Hall to local people, and we all agree it is simply the best place to be. The views and gardens are also a real asset. Thank you to all the staff who took such dedicated care of my dear Mum, you are much appreciated.
It's a shame my husband isn't able to join any activities perhaps hopefully when he settled he may decide to join. He is a little introvert so he's very much a 'leave me alone' person. I would like to maybe push him outside when we have some decent weather may be later.
My aunt has Alzheimer's but is always treated with kindness and respect by the staff. They allow her time to find her bearings and work out where she is and where she wants to go. She enjoys the activities and is given support so she can go outside. She likes being at the Hall and feels safe and supported. We are very happy to have found such a lovely place.
My husband is very settled (he has dementia so doesn't understand 90% of the time) very relaxed, comfortable always clean, hair done, shaved everyday. We visit in turn we as a family are very pleased and happy and knowing he is loved and cared for, for us is a Godsend. Staff go above and beyond dealing with his illness and difficulties.
My brother was only in Bricklehampton Hall for 2 night. His care was excellent for the last 2 days of his life.
Very good.
We made an excellent choice in bringing my wife to this care home. She is well looked after by caring and friendly nursing and care staff. The facilities are good and the outside grounds are beautiful. There is an excellent and varied activities programme. The fee are appropriate for a home of this standard.
I was very happy with the care home. It's in a very nice location. My mother was treated with care and compassion.
I cannot fault the care with which you treated my aunt in the last week of her life. You provided attentive care at Bricklehampton, she was not always able to communicate. She was treated with such respect in such beautiful surroundings enabling all her family and friends to visit and say goodbye to her properly. Thank you.
I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to all the staff who made the last few months of my sister's life better than could have been achieved anywhere else. The love and care that she was given could not be surpassed. Everyone was so kind and caring and I know that my sister really felt that she was among friends. My thanks go out to all of you. When my time comes, I only hope that I will be in such a wonderful place and with such wonderful people to look after me.
Can’t praise the care, compassion and dedication enough! The staff were brilliant! My husband went in to be assessed for a month but unfortunately passed away while in there. Had he not passed away, I would certainly have considered leaving him in their very capable hands. The staff were not only brilliant with him but were so caring to me and our relatives as well.
I would like to thank the team at the care home for looking after my mum during the last few months of her life. Mum spent seven months there and my brothers and I found all of the team to be professional, compassionate and caring. Mum took part in the many activities and there was always a smiling face or someone to chat with, so she never felt lonely. Mum loved being pushed in her wheelchair around the lovely grounds in this peaceful location. When mum started to get really ill, the team there were extremely supportive of my family, keeping us informed and offering empathy when we needed it. I cannot fault their caring nature and professionalism. Thank you to all of the team at Bricklehampton during this difficult time.
My father has resided in the home for over 12 months, and my mother for four months. They are both very well cared for, happy and content. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff team, and they have built an excellent relationship with them. The management team keep us informed, and activities happen almost daily, which we can see on the regular Facebook updates. The food looks lovely, and my parents enjoy it. The location and views around the home are fabulous, and my parents really enjoy the garden. I am really happy we chose this care home as it feels homely and safe.

Bricklehampton Hall is in a lovely setting. The staff are very welcoming. My husband is kept clean and tidy. The home is very clean whatever time you visit. Overall, very happy with the care provided.
I have not answered the value for money question as I have no information to compare it with. My friend says she is happy here and the staff are kind to her so it could be said to be good value for her money.
My husband had one month's respite at Bricklehampton Hall. The care and facilities are very good. The staff are helpful and friendly.
This is a caring place that has kindness and a person-centred approach to everyday problems faced by the elderly and disabled. It took our family some time to find here and we are pleased we did. They've negotiated covid and the problems of staff retention, with grace. Thank you.
