It is very good, very pleasant to visit and very polite I give it 5 stars for everything. I am disabled and they were very helpful.

My mother, who has dementia, moved to Pytchley Court in October 2023. Since moving there, my mother has put on weight due to the continued offering of food. (Her weight was dangerously low). My mother, whom I try to visit daily, is always clean and well-dressed. She loves their entertainment
activities. Her room and clothes are clean. She often goes goes on outings in the minibus. We know she is safe and secure. All the staff are approachable and caring. We cannot fault Pytchley Court in any way. We are very grateful!

My dad was at the home for just over three years and in that time I could not fault the care he received or the help and courtesy myself and my family received. I would have no problem recommending the home and team to other potential residents.

The team at Pytchley Court helped us enormously through a very difficult time. Their care was exemplary, as was their communication and co-operation with the hospital, doctors and family. Listening carefully to my mother's and family's wishes, they enabled her to pass in peace and with dignity in an
environment she had chosen. Such a homely, caring, welcoming and professional care home. Thank you all.

I would like to forward a review on pychley court. My brother has been accepted into this home and the care manager and her team have welcomed him and he has progressed very well is happy and very content .I would like to thank you all for his progress

My mother has been a resident for 5 years now and for the whole of that time has received excellent care from the lovely staff at Pytchley Court. So happy that she was able to come here.

My brother is law arrived at Pytchley Court Feb 19th 2025 myself and his sisters are overwhelmed in the progress been made with him especially his mental health its so great to see him happy. The staff are amazing- there is nothing I can suggest to improve anything keep up the good work.

I * difficult to give thorough review as my friend only (sadly) lived here 24 hours until her death but we were very impressed at our perception of food + activities offered. As for value for money, difficult as no experience of comparison (2* prefer bigger but adequate) however! in terms of every
member of staff- exceeded our expectations. Professional, compassionate, caring, friendly, nothing was made to feel too much trouble. My friend was so looking forward to living at Pytchley, she was 103 and excited to be cared for! I honestly cannot think of a single thing or word which could have been any better, exceptional staff! Led by incredible members of staff.

My mum has been a resident for nearly 4 years. She is very well cared for. The staff go above and beyond for my mum. She has had a few hospital stays and returns to the home in a poorly state. But they build mum back up and for that I am so grateful. Mum is happy in the care of the staff. My visits
to see mum are always happy ones. So thank you to Pychley Court care home.

My father has been in Pytchley Court for 2 years and his care continues to be well above average. My father has always struggled with his diabetes and the staff have worked tirelessly to encourage him to have better self care. We finally had a breakthrough in February where he agreed with the staff
that he needed to lower his sugar intake, subsequently, his blood sugars have dramatically dropped and he has now had his medication lowered. This would not have been possible without the persistent care of the staff around him. Well done team, fantastic achievement.

The accommodation is first class and the food is excellent. Our rooms, fully furnished. Staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are clean and well kept.

From the first visit to secure mum a place, the support and assistance given to her has been excellent. The kindness shown by all staff is exceptional and I cannot thank them enough.

Mum moved into Pytchley Court on 22nd July and a huge weight was taken from my shoulders. Every single carer or staff member is so cheerful, professional yet personable, and incredibly helpful. Mum can be a little bit awkward but she is treated with kindness, respect and dignity. Having been a carer
myself I know just how demanding the job can be and I cannot fault this care home - the staff genuinely care. I am always informed of any changes in Mum; whether she's just off her food, or needs antibiotics. My dad and I joined Mum for Christmas Day and the food was seriously good. We have enjoyed quizzes, singers, musicians, exercises and they make a great cuppa. Both Dad and I, feel a huge sense of warmth and welcome when we enter Pytchley Court. Thank you, each and every one of you, for taking the time to make the last few years of my Mum's life so comfortable.

As Christmas approached, the home was extremely busy preparing for festive activities. There was an atmosphere of excitement and joy. Activities involved residents, visitors, staff and local children. They enjoyed a themed winter wonderland party, with staff being dressed in Christmas outfits. There
were intergenerational activities. Father Christmas was central to some of the events. The home continues to provide a first-class service to residents with a wide range of differing conditions. The service extends to family and friends of residents. Staff are very caring and proactive in making residents feel loved and cared for. Up to date information is readily available regarding resident's health conditions, needs and wellbeing. This home provides an excellent service for all.

After ten weeks in the hospital, the welcome to Pytchley Court was very warm and caring. The manager and all involved worked well as a team with lots of smiley faces.

The home staff arranged birthday celebrations for my father's 105 year birthday. They also arranged reporters from local press and radio to interview us to celebrate a magnificent 105 year life. Staff at all levels were attentive and brought (nearly) all residents into the lounge to be entertained
by a duo of singers. They entertained beautifully. Arrangements were also made for a cake to be presented and distributed among all residents at evening meal time in the dining room. Many thanks to all the staff and management.

My dad has been a resident for four months. The admissions and settling process has been hallmarked by professionalism, efficiency and genuine care. The highly experienced manager sets clear priorities putting the resident's needs first. All the staff I have met are genuinely motivated and clearly
empathise with their 'extended family'. They clearly understand the importance of communication, engagement, stimulation and activity to help residents be as happy and comfortable as possible. Other homes may be structurally more modern and expensively appointed but 'A' is the quality of the personal care that is the single most important factor when selecting a home.
