Extremely caring staff, always welcoming and polite. Pleasant room and communal rooms though unhygienic cracked floor and plug in shower (said to be on maintenance to-do list,) More stimulation needed but what activities are provided have to cater for a wide ability range. However, activities
worker seeks to offer a varied programme and keep fit, music, animals etc are offered by other providers. Garden could be improved with residents'help/input. I'm not always notified of meetings.
