View Full Details of Rose FarmThe staff at the carehome are just amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers. They really do care for the residents. They try and do different activities daily to keep residence entertained. Definitely recommend.
My Mum has lived at Rose Farm for two and a half years now and she has received excellent care and support throughout this time. Her room is kept looking lovely and her health, personal and nutrition needs are met consistently by the kind, caring competent staff team. Rose Farm is a lovely environment and is very wellcoming to residents and visitors, it has a lovely conservatory and garden and the space for concerts and all sorts of activities which are facilitated by the lead for activities on a very regular basis. It is wonderful for me and the rest of my family to know that my Mum is so happy and in a place where she is extremely well looked after. I think the home is such a success due to its leadership and dedicated staff team. It's enabled this stage of my Mum's life to be a positive chapter she says she wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
Over the 11 years that Dad was a resident at Rose Farm, we found that he received the highest standard of loving care from a dedicated team of carers. It was obvious that the Home is very capably managed and even the owners take a close interest in events from time to time. Every aspect of the daily routine from caring, meals, and activities to cleaning was of the highest quality. I highly recommend Rose Farm in every respect.
A wonderful care home with a great sense of community. Very caring and attentive staff who provide excellent care to their residents. Residents are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Always a pleasure to visit.
Mum has been at Rose Farm for 2 years now and her care needs have increased significantly but so has the response from the whole team. Mum's dementia has progressed and has been managed with a skilled and professional response. All the team have shown Mum respect, courtesy and gentle humour and encouragement in response to some difficult behaviours. The manager and team have been incredibly supportive of Mum's family during recent health issues. We feel reassured Mum is given appropriate, individualised and sensitive care which is all we could ask for. The manager and deputy listen to any queries and respond quickly to requests to improve care.
Mum has been a resident at Rose Farm for over 2 years. All of the staff are caring, and treat the residents with respect, compassion and dignity (Sometimes under trying circumstances). Mum's health has deteriorated while she has been at Rose Farm, but I feel confident that she is safe and well cared for. If ever there are any concerns someone will ring me and update me on what is happening. I have seen how well staff treat my mum, the way they talk to her and deal with her. When I visit, I am always greeted with a smile and an update on how mum is. I would not hesitate in recommending Rose Farm.
I have always found Mum to be well cared for and as content as possible at Rose Farm. Staff are always available for any small concerns and I have regular meetings with management to keep me updated. There are also online family meetings and a family support group. As my sister and I live some distance away and cannot visit regularly, it is really important to us that we are kept informed about Mum's wellbeing. Rose Farm organise online chats, and phone calls, and prints out emails and photos in order that we can be in regular contact. The level of care that Mum receives is excellent. She has a named carer for any specific queries and importantly stable care staff - she knows them and they are familiar to her, know her and are fond of all the residents. This is important for someone who needs familiar things, people and continuity to minimise anxiety. It is also essential for my sister and I to know that my mum is being treated well and she certainly is at Rose Farm.
My husband has been a resident at Rose farm with mixed Alzheimer's, he is well thought of, all care and needs are second to none, staff and management nothing is too much trouble and relatives are made to feel part of the family.
My dad has been a resident in Rose Farm since October 2023. Dad has settled in very well and is happy. He is treated with care and respect by all the kind and friendly staff and management. Meals are very good as are the activities. Keep up the great work Team Rose Farm.
My grandad has been in Rose Farm for over a year now and he is so happy and settled here. The staff are brilliant with him and are all so lovely and friendly. They clearly care for everyone in the home. It feels like on big family! I couldn't fault the home in any way and am so happy we found the right place for him.
The organisation and management, down to the care providers, is well organised, efficient and most importantly, caring. The layout of the home makes it feel like a real home. There is a friendly atmosphere. Everyone had a can do attitude. I'm so lucky we found this home, it stands apart. Well done to the whole team.
The staff so caring whatever you ask for they will get you. Very clean. Made to feel comfortable. Enjoy the food it's so nice to be cared for well.
Friendly, caring staff. Nothing too much trouble.
Very pleased with the standard of care at Rose Farm. Management and staff all demonstrate genuine kindness, respect, and care to residents. Care is personal and with warm humour. Mum's health and well-being has greatly improved since moving to Rose Farm. Surroundings are good quality and homely. Mum enjoys good standard and choice of meals.
My mum has been at Rose Farm for several years now, and I can honestly say I'm delighted with the care my mum has received. All the carers seem to be of a similar ilk, giving their time, understanding and general care without a worry! The general feeling in the home is of a relaxed and friendly one, all sorts of activities being undertaken, which seem to be a real "hit" with all the residents including Mum. My mum has not seemed as cheery/chirpy for a long time now, long may it continue.
