I would like to thank all the staff at Beechdale House for their care of my Mum, Carole. The care was 2nd to none. Mum was always clean and dressed appropriately. Sadly, mum passed away. The care and communication was excellent. The staff listened to what we wanted for mum and respected our wishes.
All decisions were discussed and I was kept informed at every step. Mum was treated as an individual at all times.

The staff at Beechdale House were brilliant and clearly, genuinely cared for dad. Dad always seemed happy there and we felt confident that he was being properly looked after. I would definitely recommend this home.

This care is second to none and my Mum has improved beyond recognition since she was admitted in January 2018. She is more mobile, safe and happy and this has given me and my family peace of mind. We are grateful for all the care she received and the management values of safety, care and wellbeing
which is reflected in all the care team.

I always feel Mum is cared for and happy. Staff are always friendly and helpful and I do not need to worry about her care.

The care and support that my mum has received since she arrived at Beechdale House has been truly amazing, with their help she is now walking again, she is happy and enjoying life again. I would highly recommend Beechdale House, and I feel safe knowing that she is being well cared for. A big thank
you to all the staff, I feel like I have my mum back.
