We had 3 traumatic & unsettled care home placements & up to 200 care home refusals before we luckily found Langfield for Dad, from the onset Lisa Marie (Manager) has shown nothing but transparency, warmth care & professionalism towards dad & all his family, the support staff, nurses & housekeeping
staff have been so welcoming & reassuring, their person centered working practices, love, time warmth & care towards all of their residents & families is second to none, my dad has a clean bright & cheery bedroom with all of his home comforts he is always smiling & chatting he has made new friends & enjoys all of the lovely meals, dad has shown no aggression whilst residing at Langfield which is all credit to his lovely support staff & the bright & happy environment that he lives, i would recommend Langfield recconect to anyone, its the way forward for our older loved ones. I cannot thank them enough for making dad happy & settled they go above & beyond for their residents & families

Since my father came into the home from day one. the management, staff and nurses have been 100% professional in doing their work. We, as a family, are more than happy for our father to be in this home, as we know his welfare is in good professional hands.

For the length of time my son as been in Langfield he has been well looked after
The staff have been great with him respectful and interact best they can
There is always food and drink available if my son is hungry or thirsty
I am grateful for the way he is looked after and treated

My husband came to Langfield in Feb after 2 very traumatic and stressful placement in care. He is now settling in very well at Langfield due to the excellent care he receives here where the staff go above and beyond to make everyone, including family to feel at ease and cared for. I cannot praise
every member of staff enough including carers, nurses, kitchen and cleaning staff and management for the excellent work they do providing a staff and caring environment for all. Thank you all very much.

I write this review because of the incredible care my 83years old friend of 40 years is receiving at Langfield Reconnect. He is suffering from advanced frontal temporal dementia, one of the symptoms being aggression, but I have seen over the 5 months residence at the home this had subsided due to
the care he is receiving from the most wonderful carers and in-house nursing staff who go beyond the call of duty in providing for the needs of every individual resident. The building layout and amenities are excellent. The cleanliness of every room is way above the standards that are considered good. The food is nutritious and plentiful. Thank you, Langfield Reconnect for looking after my friend.

What a beautiful mother's day celebration and gorgeous cupcakes we had in Langfield. The entertainment organiser did Langfield proud..Another member of staff to join the already fantastic team..Langfield is brilliant. The residents will live forever with that amazing care they get and lovly
food..clean washing brought to ther room of lovly laundry staff. Its like a lovly hotel..thanks for everything Team Langfield..

Langfield Care home has been Fantastic and continues to be. My Husband was placed in here In February When He was transferred from another care home .He was mistreated By a carer at his last place as He escaped and was subject to being dragged up the street and swore at So He became agittated and
frightened because of this poor treatment They said He was Violent Which he has never been in his life So It was decided He needed One to one care .Since coming to Langfield He is back to his Happy (As can be ) Self The carers are Brilliant with Him and All the residents from What I see on a daily basis They make Me so Welcome too and treat Me like a family Member Its like Ive known them Years I feel that welcome I would 100% Recommend Langfield to Anyone who Has no choice than to place a loved one into a care home as Its The h hardest decision I have ever had to make Thank You to everyone at Langfield

My wife and I have visited quite a few care homes in the past. Sorry to sound a little crude but many have a smell/aroma about them! Langside is excellent, it's light and airy, clean and nicely decorated, staff are excellent, always around, attentive, friendly and caring, well done and thank you.

I have never seen such a friendly, caring staff. Every single one is a credit. Same with management. Very clean and the food is very good. Very well cared for and happy residents. Thank you all Entertainment is excellent. There is a games room. The Christmas party was fab my mother-in-law hasn't
looked so happy in a long time. Looked like had a fab night on New Year's Eve.

The Langfield dementia unit do a fantastic job with all the patients they work with and I can't thank them enough the way they look after my good friend. They all go above and beyond in my opinion and God bless you all.

When I leave the Langfield Care Home I feel that my nana is looked after with such care and kindness by a dedicated team of ladies. It's such a nice environment when we come to visit Nana. Thanks for everything you do.

My nan has been in Langfield for well over a year now. The manager and whole team of staff work incredibly hard to ensure the needs of all residents are met. My Nan is very content and happy there and has lots of friends. They constantly arrange social activities to stimulate the residents and
ensure they are keeping happy and busy. They host themed events which are always fun and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I love to see what she's been up to via the social media page too. Well done to the manager and the team. Not all heroes wear capes.

The staff at this care home go above and beyond for all the patients, including my friend and they always act in a very professional manner with any visitors to the centre. I can't thank them all for their continued hard work and how they speak with all patients and visitors. Thank you all so much.

I visit a friend once a week and have to say how amazing the staff are.
I see the difficulties they have with certain patients and how well they deal with it.
The service I see they provide is excellent.
The home is spotless.

I have 2 family members that reside in Langfield and the care is second to none! I think both my Uncle and other family members started to have a decent night's sleep since knowing my auntie and partner's Nan are very well looked after and most importantly safe! Thanks to all the lovely staff
involved it's not missed what you do for our family members.

My mother-in-law has been in Langfield for about 18 months she's very settled. Loves it actually. The main thing is my wife is happy and now sleeps at night knowing her mum is safe and well cared for. They have a lovely garden and a little bar and there is always some entertainment on. The staff are
lovely and have plenty of time for the residents. There is always music on which my mother-in-law loves. Usually, it's the old school 60s music which is great for dementia. Think it takes them back to their younger years. My mother-in-law looks great since she's gone into Langfield and so does my wife as it goes who's nearly 70 herself. It's the peace of mind knowing her mum is cared for, thanks, Langfield staff.

The most caring care home I have ever seen! Staff are outstanding with the residents and my mum is so well looked after by the ladies who work here. My mum is so content in here after having been in 2 previous care homes where she was mistreated this care home is so homely and doesn't feel like a
care home whatsoever. The standards of cleanliness are immaculate unlike our other experiences, mum is always involved and the progress she has made already after just one month is amazing the staff are so kind, compassionate, caring and friendly. Would recommend this care home 100 per cent, couldn't thank the staff enough for making my mum's experience enjoyable after her having bad experiences elsewhere.

My partner has been in Langfield Care Home for several weeks and in that time I have seen the care and dedication that every member of staff gives to the residents often in difficult circumstances. Whether it is fulfilling the needs of the residents or passing information on to me I cannot fault
them.

Our mum was recently brought into Langfield. The care she is receiving is first class! She is happy and the staff are all wonderful, and friendly and couldn't do enough for Mum. We can rest assured that she is cared for and looked after. Thank You team for everything you do every day!

Our mum was brought here for respite initially but hopefully this will lead to full time. She has settled in amazingly as we did worry that she might struggle. She likes her room as it has everything she needs and loves going into the lounge by her room.
The carers are all amazing absolutely great
with mum and she likes all of them. She has enjoyed singing Christmas carols when the school children came in. She is also enjoying the food. There is a great variety and it looks very tasty.
