View Full Details of Lytham Court Nursing Care HomeMy step father has been a resident here since 2019. He receives wonderful care from all the staff. I am very grateful to them for looking after him, giving him their specialised dementia care. I trust them to look after him. The nursing home is kept clean and pleasant for residents and visitors alike. Activities are well organised and varied according to need and organised visits and events are enjoyed by all. The home is well led and the staff are usually cheerful and pleasant.
My Mum, went into Lytham Court, the eve of Mother's Day 29TH March 2025. It was such a relief to get her there after months of being in hospital environments. My first experience was meeting the manager, she is truly so professional, she also has so much empathy and has a kind soul. The staff are truly wonderful with the care they give the residents. They are so dedicated, which can at times, from observing them be very challenging. They always greet me with such beautiful smiles and warmth. I am sure one of the reasons I am happy to go there is because the staff make me feel calm when there. The whole team have embraced helping Mum settle and they always make sure she is sitting in her favourite chair by the patio. The nursing and care Mum has is exceptional. Very grateful.
My sister is always very well cared for which gives me peace of mind she's sometimes very difficult to deal with but they always treat her with kindness and respect if they have any issues they contact me to tell me how they are dealing with it and if a doctor is called they will always keep me updated with any treatment or medication she is given
The staff are very caring. My husband can be very difficult but they always treat him kindly all the time.
My uncle has vascular dementia + due to this has been at Lytham Court since Jan 2025. He has settled well + all the staff are kind, friendly + caring. There is a calm atmosphere, plenty of activities if wanted and the management keep you informed of any issues. It is spotlessly clean, light, airy + I feel it's the best environment to keep my uncle safe + calm. Excellent service.
Very impressed with this home. Resident loves the food. Staff always friendly and efficient, can't find fault with care delivered. Lovely atmosphere in this challenging area of care giving. Always clean and cared for. (Home and resident!) Would recommend this home 100%.
We were met in a very friendly manner when arriving and greeted by name. The fact that I can visit at any time is very reassuring. My wife has settled into her routine and is well cared for which I am grateful.
I am very happy with my husband's care. He is looked after very well and the staff are caring and thoughtful and also very thoughtful to me.
We know our dad's behaviour can be challenging from time-to-time but equally we are confident that his support is provided with sympathy and dignity.
Father has been a resident at Lytham Court since March 2022 with dementia and Parkinson's. In that time I've found his care and nursing to be excellent. The staff show a great deal of pride in their work and have been key to Father's continuing defiance of his bleak prognosis. Food in the home has been a big plus for Dad who enjoys the meals very much despite the challenges of his conditions. Communication has been very good. The staff really know Dad and his needs, and are quick to communicate any issues to the family. Lytham Court is not cheap by any means but the quality of care justifies the cost.
Dad is well looked after at Lytham Court. The staff are very good with him, he isn’t always the easiest! We have peace of mind that the staff are looking after him. The home does need some updating so pleasing to see this work has started.
The care of my 99 year old partner is beyond belief. The consideration of all the staff is overwhelming and gives me satisfaction of the nursing care she is receiving. I have to say the nursing home is fantastic.
I have found the care in Lytham Court Nursing Care Home to be very good. All the staff are friendly and caring, make me welcome and are very helpful. They helped me to accept that my husband needed more care than I could provide, took me a while to accept this and come to terms with his needs. I will always be grateful for their support. I know that my husband is being looked after very well.
