I sent very positive feedback to the Care Quality Commission regarding the exceptionally high levels of care and love shown by all staff towards my mother since she moved to you in May this year. Sadly the feedback was not passed on to you even though I asked for this to be done as it reinforces the
excellent inspection by CQC earlier in the year. It doesn't matter what time of day or who is on duty, all staff members look happy in their role and show respect for all residents. I count my blessings that my mother resides with you. Thank you to everyone. Please feel free to share this with potential new residents or their families.
