The care received by my wife (Cynthia) from all the staff was magnificent. The care and support given to me and my son and daughter was also excellent. As an ex home manager myself I knew what I was observing. I have never met a more caring friendly group of staff. Their attitude towards their
residents can not be praised enough Cynthia passed away 5/1/26, peacefully and well cared for.

I cannot thank Ladyfield House care home enough for the exceptional care they provided for my mum. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff showed genuine, warmth, kindness and professionalism. They made mum feel welcome, comfortable and truly cared for. All her needs were met with patience
and compassion. Communication was excellent and I always felt reassured knowing mum was in such safe hands. I am deeply grateful to everyone for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this care home/

I have lived at Ladyfield for approximately 5 years and find the staff extremely helpful. The food is really good and I enjoy the entertainment I have visited another care home and found it not good. I really would not care to live there. Overall, I think the staff and management are amazing.

My mum came to Ladyfield very reluctant. It also wasn't what we all as a family. Any care home was not our option at first, we needed to do it for our mum's best interest. We would definitely pick Ladyfield if ever needed to again for family friends. The staff are very attentive to the residents and
also make time for family. Thank you.

My wife, Pamela, has been there for one week now, and she is comfortable, well cared for, and seems happy in her new environment.
She arrived after eight weeks at another care home which is really for clients with vert special nursing needs, my wife does not fit this critical category and hence
the love to Ladyfield House.

For the 4 years we have had our loved one in Ladyfield we have always been very impressed with the standards of care in every respect and area that she, and we have received. We cannot fault any aspect of the delivery of care and would highly recommend this home to anyone. Indeed we have had friends

Mum has been in Ladyfield house for four years before her death. The care she has experienced is exceptional. The environment is a family atmosphere. All the carers my mum has had have always gone above and beyond. The communication has been excellent and I have always been contacted if mum was
unwell. We have recommended the home to friends who have also placed relatives there.

My dad came here for a short stay in March he has settled really well and hopefully will continue his stay. He is always happy clean and well looked after, I know he keeps the staff on their toes but as a family we can't thank you enough, he is safe content, you keep us updated, his room is kept
nice and clean they have regular entertainment and he enjoys his meals a big shout out to all staff in all areas Thank you

Ladyfield House is an outstanding care Home which is efficiently run. It is like Home from Home. I am so relieved they had a room for my husband there.
The kind and caring staff provide tireless care, are dedicated and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. The Home is spotlessly clean but
comfortable and the homemade food is varied and tasty. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent Care Provider

Warm and comfortable accommodation, friendly caring staff attending to all our mums needs. Our mum is very happy and so are we with the care she receiving and she has made many friends while being in Ladyfield

My wife is treated with care, respect and compassion. The meals are good and well cooked. Plenty of activities are provided to keep her alert and entertained. The premises are maintained well and kept clean and tidy

Dad moved into Ladyfield in December 2023, he has been happier there and more settled. The staff are 100% dedicated to looking after the people in their care. I'm really happy we found Ladyfield for Dad. Thank you to you all.

All the staff were very friendly and informative about the care of my uncle. They have great knowledge of the care that is needed for him and take good care of all his needs.

Excellent care home, clean and tidy, friendly and kind staff always on hand to help and support residents. Nan is always clean and smell-free when visited and always gets out of bed for her breakfast.
