My husband has been at Longley Park View since December 2019. He has Alzheimer's disease so communication is difficult but I am confident he is content. Any health care issues are addressed promptly, always in consultation with the family. He is encouraged to take part in appropriate activities. The
staff are caring and well trained. As a family we feel fortunate that he has such good care.

Everyone of the staff are very friendly, activities are very good they try to do there best for everyone, rooms are always clean I can see a great improvement in my husbands well being. Thank you.

I have found Longley Park View a very good care home. The staff in meadows have been caring, patient and professional sometimes under stressing circumstances and I am sure they will continue to look after my husband to the best of their ability. Many thanks.

I have been ill a lot since last August and not able to visit my husband very much but the staff have looked after him very well the care they gave him over Christmas ment I did not have to worry about him.

I am happy with the care Mum is receiving at the care home, there is a member of staff with her at all times and I feel she is in safe hands and getting the care she needs. The staff are friendly and Mum has a close bond with some of them. There is a fabulous activity team who do great things to
keep the residents happy. I love that Mum has been taken on drives out for coffee and a pub lunch. Longley Park View is much better than a previous care home Mum was in and always clean. I don't have to worry so much that she is being cared for.

I am fully satisfied that the home is meeting my mum's care and medical needs. The staff are very attentive and give my mum individual attention. They are very knowledgeable about her care and medical needs. They are all friendly and caring. There is always plenty of staff on the ward to help the
clients and the staff work together to ensure a high level of service. I am very happy with my mum's placement here.

I have both my parents living at Longley Park View and I can honestly say this is the best care home they have been in. The staff are very attentive to their needs and the unit nurse managers communicate well with me and I can contact them at any time, one by messaging app and the other by phone.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and always seem to have a smile on their faces. The home have an excellent activities team, who constantly are providing different activities to stimulate the users. Sometimes this is group work, other times it's individual, both on and off the grounds. The activities team are always there to help us, as a family, spend time with my parents, the best way for them - even arranging a party for my mum's 80th birthday in the conservatory. On a few occasions there have been some issues regarding communication/care, but the general managers have always listened and have immediately looked at how to stop the problem from reoccurring, and implement new strategies.

Mom is on Hillsborough unit and the staff are great, she's interacts especially well with a couple of staff members who spend all the time they can talking with her.
Being able to visit Mom at any time is also a big help and bringing in the family dogs is lovely.
She has been out for lunch and
shopping and loved it.
They put a huge effort in for my 50th Birthday by decorating the conservatory with balloons and banners. It was lovely that we could gather as a family and have a party, it made my birthday.

My friend has settled very quickly in this care home. I found the staff pleasant and helpful they organised a lot for residents. On the whole, I have no worries.

Well, What can I say about the care being provided for my dad at Longley Park View except to say excellent! From day 1 of him being there to now some 5 years later I have nothing but admiration and massive gratitude for the way the staff have cared for his every need! Thank you so much and I know my
late mum would be looking down thanking you all too.

I have been connected to Longley Park Care home for over 5 years. My mother has been looked after kindly with respect and consideration and given opportunities to take part in the many activities which are taylored to the various needs of the residents. There is a cheerful, purposeful team
atmosphere led by senior nurses who lead by example. I am enormously grateful for the support shown to the family as well as my mother.

My mum has been at Longley Park for eighteen months. When I just looked around I was very unsure. I needn't have been. The care my Mum receives here couldn't be better. The staff are so considerate and helpful. She couldn't be in a better place at this difficult time in her life. Thank you so much

In the short time my husband has been in Longley Park View I have only experienced professional and excellent care and facilities.

We recently lost our mum. We didn't want her to go into hospital, it was my dad's wish for her to die where she knew and the people that knew her to look after her. They were all fantastic. She died with dignity and they allowed us to be with her up to the end. Thank you so much. We are eternally
grateful to you all.

Longley Park makes the residents and their families all feel like 1 big family. The care my dad receives is 1st class. It's comforting to us to see him happy and well looked after.

We were impressed from the start by the care and support my husband received. We felt confident to leave him in the home and could sleep at night. The surroundings were clean, cheerful and comfortable since the refurb.
The care and support remain exemplary but the standard of the home furnishings
is "hotel" quality. We particularly appreciate separate lounges. My husband is very settled.
