My grandad has been in this care home since November and the care and compassion shown to him during the entire time he's been here is second to none! The care home manager is amazing she is always ensuring everything is ok. Every single carer / nurse / management is just to the highest standard of
care! Nothing is ever too much for them, they ensure they go above and beyond every single day! The home is so warm and welcoming it feels like home to my grandad who loves st Mary's! The staff always take the time to chat to him and have a laugh and a joke with him which he loves! I always feel so so reassured and happy that my grandad is so well cared for here!

This is an exceptional care home, with staff who have spent time getting to know my mum. I am so very grateful that they understand her needs and go out of their way to bring joy and humour to her care, each and every day. My mum is someone who needs laughter and love, and this home has simply been
outstanding. She's been there four years now, and all the carers are an absolute credit. We can't thank them enough. I would absolutely recommend this home - it's never easy to trust others with something so important, but I hope this recommendation offers some reassurance that this home really tailors care and support when it's needed the most.

Staff are amazingly friendly and even though very busy always have time for residents and visitors, very warm homely atmosphere, management are an open door policy and theirs doors are open to help with any questions as is the admin and reception, activity is good and popular the girls are very
motivated in getting residents involved, food is good as what I have seen and lunchtime dining experiences is busy but organised and residents interact with the staff during the mealtime

My mother chose (by it's reputation) to go to St Mary's after breaking her hip in Jan 2025. She has not regretted it. All the staff are caring, and she is always addressed by her first name (her preference). Her likes and dislikes are taken care of. Medically staff keep relations really well
informed of new issues, medications etc,. Facilities are excellent and her own room is always kept very clean with adequate storage, comfy chairs etc. The ensuite is equally spotless. My mothers needs are completely recognised by the staff and I feel she is 100% safe there.

On the 9th of July I came to visit a friend.
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile from a very lovely lady in reception. A very, very clean home. No smells, lovely gardens kept nice and tidy. All staff were very nice.

From the first time I contacted St Mary's about care for my friend, we have encountered consistent kindness, professionalism and care with compassion and dignity. St Mary is extremely well led and the carers are experienced and delivered personal care with skill and kindness to our friend. As
friends we felt welcome and could contribute to her care still. Thank you everyone.

The care given to my mother has been fantastic. I couldn't have asked for any more. The carers and the staff have been brilliant with nothing too much trouble.
My mother being in St Mary's really gave us peace of mind and we know she was being cared for with the utmost respect and dignity. I would
not hesitate to recommend St Mary's to anyone!

I was warmly greeted when I first arrived at Saint Mary's. Since then all the staff have been very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, which I really appreciated. My grateful thanks to all at Saint Mary's. Thank you.

We have found st Mary's to be an excellent care home. Everyone is friendly and helpful with plenty of activities for the members to enjoy.

My husband had a massive stroke in June 2024 and I have visited him every day since. St Mary's care is the best he has had in all that time, they really so want to see him able to stand on his paralysed right leg and be more independent, again, they even let me be with him night and day on our 69th
wedding anniversary last night. Wonderful care from a second family. My husband's right hand is still useless, he cannot write.

Mum was only in St Mary's Care Centre for a relatively short length of time until her passing but the care and support she received was always to the highest standard especially the last couple of weeks when she returned from hospital on end of life care. It meant a lot to the family that her final
days were in comfortable and supporting surroundings. Many thanks to all of the staff who treated relatives and mum with the utmost respect and dignity.

Mum was a resident at St Mary's for just short of 10 weeks. While a completely new experience for her, having lived an independent life until August 2024. The kindness and involvement of the staff and interns in her life were wonderful. She enjoyed the company of others and this benefitted her
enormously. I only have good remarks to offer.

St Mary's Care Centre is like a second home to me as I visit Mum at least 4 times a week. I find everyone there to be friendly, approachable, and informed about my Mums welfare. Everyone is empathetic and welcoming and they show a genuine concern for all their residents. They encourage residents to
get involved in the activities but are not pushy if anyone doesn't want to.
Thank you for taking care of my Mum when I couldn't do so anymore. Never underestimate the peace of mind this gives to relatives - I have relaxed for the first time in years.

We found the care that Mum received at St Mary's to be excellent. Mum settled in quickly and enjoyed joining in with the activities. The carers, both night and day, were kind and considerate and always had time to speak to Mum which she liked. Sadly Mum passed away but the care, compassion and
support shown to both Mum and our family at this difficult time were outstanding.

From the moment my mother and I walked through the door at St Mary's we knew this was the right place for my father to be. All staff showed such kindness, care and compassion not only to him but also to Mum and me. He was comfortable to the end and his passing was dignified and peaceful. We couldn't
have asked for more. The staff are all Angels and nothing was too much trouble and we are so very grateful.

My husband was only a resident for a month for end-of-life care. I cannot speak too highly of the care, compassion and support he received during this time. This level of car was also extended to myself and my daughter. All the staff were fantastic from the cleaner to the manager. I cannot comment
on the food or activities as unfortunately, my husband was not well enough to eat much or participate in anything. Superb service.

My mother has been a resident at St Mary's Care Centre for three years and overall is very happy with the home. She has made numerous friends and joins in with the majority of the activities offered.
However, she has, on occasion mentioned that some meals could be improved and that some of her
laundry has gone missing.
The staff are always friendly, helpful and obliging. It is good to know that my mother is happy, safe and cared for as we are not always around to visit.

Overall the care is very good. The day carers are wonderful. There are a few that really go above and beyond with Mum's care. The food isn't the best but overall very satisfied.
Mum has been in the care centre for the past eight years and has been content.
