My mother has always been independent until lost her mobility last year. I visited many homes before settling on Plas Isaf. It was a huge change for my mother - I cannot thank the staff enough for helping her settle so well. Mum loves the activities in particular and the carers really do care. The
only improvement would be to take the residents out more frequently and also to sit outside in the newly designed front garden. I would definitely recommend Plas Isaf.

The Care Home was Exceptionally Clean. The staff were wonderful and Kind, and my father told me the meals were great! Thank You. What more can be expected?

Staff are all very friendly and pleasant there is lots of activities for the residents and day trips. Food is always delicious and on arrival always get a good cup of tea. They always make me feel welcome.
