View Full Details of Beechwood Park Nursing HomeI can not express enough how grateful I am for the dignified way my mom is cared for by all members of the Beechwood team. I know that some days are easier than others, but that doesn't change the way in which they care for her. I've noticed some subtle changes over the last months from an HS&E perspective - all of which are very positive and demonstrate how the management team is proactive when it comes to managing risk. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do.
My mum has been in the home since February & she is well looked after. Staff are friendly & kind. The home is kept lovely & clean, which helps residents & families to know they are in a nice environment With many thanks to management & staff
My mum went into Beechwood 7 mnths ago & settled. No problem (after all my worries.) From the manager to all the staff. They are fantastic at there jobs. The place is spotless; good great, & carers so loving & caring, & my mum is always spotless. Thank you Beechwood for looking after my mum so well. You are all "simply the best". x
My mother has been with the care home since last December, she has dementia and has been bedridden since a period of delirium last year. The regular staff are very good with her, treating her with respect, dignity and warmth. Had Mum been more responsive, she would have enjoyed the many activities on offer at the carehome. Well done to the staff for making the Carehome feel like a proper home.
Staff are so welcoming and accommodating to my Great Aunt's needs and wants primarily, but also go above and beyond to ensure that my family and I are made to feel included in everything.
My brother has taken sometime to settle at Beechwood but the staff have been amazing we know he is well looked after and any problems that arise have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. He is a very picky eater and they try and accommodate his tastes. The cleaning staff are brilliant look after his room and him so well. They have a garden area which needs some attention but this is being looked at and would be lovely to sit in the summer with him. Feel that staffing in evening could be better. But overall very good. Biggest problem we have had is financial trying to get answers and help. The reason overall experience is not five stars.
My dad gets on with the staff and is always cared for. He is settled in the home and enjoys coming down to the bistro area for a coffee and some chocolate. Enjoys the food and has enjoyed the parties organised by staff. The new Manager has made such a difference to the home and carers are a lot happier in their role too which has made such a difference.
All of the staff are excellent & work so hard to make sure residents needs are met, my gran settled in easily & that was thanks to the staff and their kindness. Rooms are kept spotless & very cosy, at times it still feels shortstaffed, especially in the lounge & in the evenings - hopefully getting dealt with. We had an issue, this was looked in to and rectified promptly by the manager Overall - very happy :)
Since my gran has been in Beechwood (Myreton), she has been well looked after by all staff. She is always praising them when I come to visit. The staff are always welcoming to myself + other family members. They go above + beyond. I have seen a big difference in the Home, both in staff + the overall environment (in a good way). Staff always seem so happy at there work which is always nice to see.
The home is warm and inviting. Staff are friendly. My mum has a lovely room which she enjoys sitting in and watching the birds on the feeder. Staff have worked to make her room homely and my mum feels safe there. My mum enjoys her food and loves sitting at the same table with the same people. She has connected with them. I can visit any time and always feel welcomed by staff. The care plan is updated according to my mums changing needs.
Overall very satisfactory. Care home staff are very attentive
I live abroad and Mum moved into Beechwood Park Nursing Home before I came home. I have been so impressed with the care and attention she has received here. The staff have been attentive and accommodating. The room is clean and warm. I am particularly impressed with the domestic staff who do a superb job. I am also particularly impressed with the manager. He goes above and beyond to look after the comfort of the residents and their families.
I brought my wife here three weeks ago and have been more than pleased with the care she has received since arriving. The staff have pulled out all the stops to cater for her needs and that hasn't always been easy. So I have no hesitation in recommending Beechwood Park to others looking for a place to care for their loved ones.
My husband is now resident at Beechwood after refusing a place six months ago due to a disagreeable rude manager at the time. The atmosphere has changed dramatically - changes due to new management. The staff are helpful and caring to my husband. The handyman is a gem. The laundry organisation superb. Meals are tasty, nourishing. Need activities. Communal areas are sparce, some areas have had a facelift, needs to be throughout. Housekeeping is smashing, she greets everyone with a smile as does the receptionist, a huge thanks to all of you lovely people. The Manager and assistant manager, both these guys are working their socks off. I've only recently just met this pair and I pride myself as being a good judge of character and I predict they will make this care facility the best it can be. This is going to be the care home that gives and gives, it's the place to be. All the best guys.
Mum was only at Beechwood Park Nursing Home for ten weeks, during this time, she received excellent care from all staff, particularly a good senior nurse and care assistants. She was treated with respect and was forming lovely bonds. Her meals were always well-presented and this helped to increase her appetite and she commented they were very tasty! We were impressed by the efficiency and care of the laundry services too. At the time of Mum's passing, she was given excellent palliative care by the trained nurses and care assistants. As a retired nurse, I felt grateful that I was afforded the ability to be her daughter and not her carer. The support our large family were also given at this time was also exemplary. A homely care home!
Excellent home, so clean and tidy. The staff are so nice. Nothing is a problem to them, you can ask them anything and they always take time to explain. I couldn't wish for my sister to be in a better home!
The staff and management at Beechwood Park Nursing Home are very dedicated and made my father and myself feel very welcome when my mum was a resident. Now my father is a resident, in the same home. I am delighted to have him here as I know a lot of the staff. The bedroom is lovely and nothing is too much a problem.
We were very pleased with the care and attention given by the management when making the difficult decision to move our mother into care. The newly refurbished area is very well thought out. The en-suite facilities are excellent.
After a long spell in hospital, my brother moved into Beechwood Nursing Home in Sauchie Clackmannan, as he was no longer able to live alone, he has settled very well and is very happy with his care, he is impressed with his large bedroom although the outlook is not great. He gets the opportunity to go to a sitting room during the day and also goes to the dining room for meals, he is on a special diet and the home is very accommodating for this, and we were impressed that the chef is trained in dysphasia food preparation, and he seems to be thriving and stronger since transferring to the care home. A full refurbishment is underway in the home, but should be complete by the end of March.
Very happy with everything in Beechwood. Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Manager is very approachable. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard and personalised for each resident. One concern I raised was dealt with extremely quickly.
