Over the past few months the carers/nurses have been exceptional in their duties considering the extremely poor weather conditions curtailing any outdoor activities. When visiting Bayview we are always made welcome and usually get an update regarding our relative. We receive phone calls when any
problems arise with our relative and kept updated on their progress. A meeting held a few weeks ago was well attended by relatives and the manager discussed the importance of introducing new technology and outdoor facilities to cater for residents with their different disabilities . Overall I'm happy with the level of care provided at Bayview.

I have found the staff very helpful and caring as it can be a difficult situation sometimes and they do it willingly.. the food is always presented nicely and tasty, nothing is too much trouble for them. Many thanks for all you do for our friend . Jack and Jen.

Visited my mother in December, the staff were getting ready for Christmas lunch, a buzz of excitement was everywhere. It was wonderful to see , the home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming.The staff, although extremely busy with the preparations of lunch, still had time to chat and give
updates on mums care and progress. I declined refreshments which I was offered soon after I arrived but as stated, staff were busy and I did not want to take advantage of there time .
My mum , as others all looked well presented and happy.

Bayview has an excellent management and nursing team, with great continuity of dedicated carer stuff and friendly involved support staff on laundry cleaning and catering. My relative is treated personally by all staff who know her very well.

Bay View have really looked after my Mum's partner after his dementia became so severe she couldn't care for him at home. We feel he is safe and cared for with dignity and fun too. The staff are all so friendly and caring which gives it a homely and positive feel when visiting. Thanks

The ladies at Bayview Care Home are absolutely brilliant. They take fantastic care of my mum and she is always lovely and clean and well dressed when I go to visit her. They all deserve a big pat on the back.

My wife who has a combination Of Dementia and Ahlzimers was placed there for respite but I along with family members realised that I could no longer provide the care she required, so now she is a full time resident because she seemed to have settled in very quickly and if we moved her to another
home it may cause problems for her.

Mum's needs are sufficiently met at Bayview. Staff are also very kind and caring towards my Dad when he visits Mum.

Overall pleased with the care in the home. Because there have been no events organised during January, I feel the residents are not getting enough stimulation - this should hopefully change as a new events organiser has just started!

My mum has been very happy since coming here. All staff are very helpful and great meals. Overall a brilliant home.

Bayview is a small, cozy and friendly care home. The staff are extremely friendly and caring toward my mother. She is very well cared for which relieves the family's anxiety. Wonderful staff.

Excellent care home. The staff are respectful and fun. The food is very good and there are lots of activities organised. The staff are able to reassure and help residents when necessary.

Mum has been here for five years and has had great care and attention. She is now 95 and needs more support but is very independent, which the staff are very aware and good with.

Very impressed with the care and attention of all the staff. Condition of rooms well maintained and clean and tidy. Very helpful with issues raised and helps to solve any problems.

I find my friend is always kept clean and his clothes are well looked after.

The care my mother gets is first class and the feedback from the staff on her health and well-being is informing and regular.
The family are comforted knowing she is in a safe and clean environment with caring staff to tend to her needs.

This care home is looking after our mum well, it is not easy to talk with Mum but she does tell us she likes this place and she is happy here. The care home is a bit away from the three of us and we don't see the everyday things that go there, but she is happy and it's for her.

Bayview is a lovely environment for my dad. All his needs are taken care of. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of activities to enjoy. Good choice of food on the menu. The staff keep us updated all the time.

Both my parents became residents of Bayview Christmas 2021. They had differing needs but were cared for and looked after by all the staff. In the early stages difficulties were addressed and resolved, resulting in both settling well into their new home together. Sadly Dad passed away Christmas 2022.
Mum continues to be a resident at Bayview, she is well cared for, very settled and content. The staff are always welcoming when I visit, and I am kept well informed of Mum's needs and any medical concerns. There is a range of activities, and the resident's wishes are always sought to the best of the resident's ability. The food looks excellent, I often visit at afternoon tea and cake time! Bayview is very homely, and it is good to always recognise familiar staff.
