My mum was a resident in Bute House and from admission until her passing, she received the best care. We absolutely loved all the staff and everyone in all departments was very helpful. Staff were always very informative and had great communication keeping us up to date. We were relieved in the end
that my mum received end of life care in Bute, we could not ask or wished for any better than the care and support my mum and the full family received.

The staff at Bute House have been absolutely fantastic and outstanding. Every inch of her care was met, and the family was kept in the loop with everything, we can't thank the staff enough. Made us feel so welcoming at every visit.

Bute Nursing home is a great place for the elderly who can no longer look after themselves. Great staff and management. The residents couldn't get treated with anymore respect than they already do. For this I would high recommend Bute Nursing home to anyone.
