This care home is truly amazing. I've been in several care homes with relatives this year and Orchard Lodge is by far the best. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good. Staff are brilliant. Overall we are very pleased with the care our uncle has received.

My mum is a resident here and I am extremely happy with the care that she receives. If I do have any concerns the staff are very willing to resolve any issues. The staff are very kind and respectful. The activity staff are brilliant and really get the residents engaging. Since they have joined there
is a great difference in the residents mental health.

From having not knowing exactly what to expect when my mother came into Orchard Lodge, to exactly what I and my other family members have experienced from Orchard Lodge I can only describe as excellent. From the 1st day my mother has been treated and looked after to the highest of standards. From
the manager Adelina, to Chloe the care assistant, and all the staff who make Orchard Lodge the beautiful place it really is. Words cannot explain how happy I and my family are with the professional job and facilities to which my mother is being cared for. Words fail me to which all those who work in Orchard Lodge carry out their duties.

My mother is being very well looked after in Orchard Lodge. The nursing staff are extremely attentive and we have no concerns about her wellbeing. We would recommend this home to any other family.

My relative has been in Orchard Lodge since June '23. She was then 99 years of age and very unsettled and disorientated initially. Every effort was made by the staff to help her settle in. I am aware that she needed, and still needs, a great deal of patience, especially when having her personal
needs attended to. I am grateful that this team remain consistently compassionate despite the many challenges. I notice my relative is always clean with fresh clothes. The very friendly nurses always keep me fully informed so I could not be happier with the overall service.

Orchard Lodge is a very good care home. All of the staff are excellent and the care and attention to detail are very good. They display a high level of care and empathy with patients and relatives at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending Orchard Lodge based on my mother's care.

I have been impressed with the level of care provided to my mother. She has found that the staff are caring and considerate. They look after her needs, and provide conversation and banter that she enjoys. The home is a clean and pleasant environment, the staff are friendly and attentive, and it has
become her home from home.

Orchard Lodge is a fantastic home for those living with dementia. All staff I have encountered have been respectful, compassionate and kind. They all go the extra mile to make the resident's lives enjoyable and interesting. The entertainment programmes engage the residents in fun-filled activities
where they can relate to other residents and staff. The quality of the food is excellent and the home is spotlessly clean. Relatives are immediately involved in any health issues. It is a massive relief to know my mother is safe and happy surrounded by professional, kind and respectful staff.

Dad is very well looked after and has settled into Orchard Lodge as his new home, for now. The staff members are helpful, friendly and very professional in their work.

My mum became a resident at Orchard Lodge in January 2020 - we could no longer manage her at home due to dementia. We were very pleased with the way Orcchatd staff treated her, showing respect and professionalism. Mum is very settled, and it suits us well that we can visit at any time. We would
recommend Orchard Lodge to any family.

As a family, we are very happy with the excellent care and attention our mother is receiving at Orchard Lodge Nursing Home.
She is also happy living there.
All the staff are pleasant and cheerful, always taking time to ensure Mum is comfortable and happy. We are reassured that all our mother's

My mum has been in Orchard Lodge for six months. The family were very anxious and hesitant about admitting our mum to any care home, let alone Orchard Lodge, as she was most reluctant, and there was huge potential for stress and worsening of her condition. As it turned out, we could not have wished
for a better outcome. Thanks to the skill and care of staff and management, Mum settled immediately. She is safe, secure and very content. We have nothing but praise for Orchard Lodge.

Mummy has been a resident of Orchard Lodge since July 2023 and has been shown great kindness and wonderful care. All staff are very diligent about her health and we are kept very well informed about mummy's wellbeing. I call nearly every day and everyone is always friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Very happy with the care and attention that my mum gets. Mum is generally settled and happy at Orchard Lodge. Her diabetes is being managed well.
She likes it here and I am happy with the nurses and carers. Everyone is very helpful and nice.

My mother has been a resident of Orchard Lodge for 5 years and my experience with all the staff over that period of time has been consistently excellent. I feel confident that she is being well cared for by competent and conscientious staff. My sincere thanks to all the staff in the Navan Unit.

Orchard Lodge Home is home from home! They are so friendly, helpful and accommodating! I’d like to mention all the staff but in particular three ladies and the lovely young fella I didn’t get his name but he comes down to say ‘Good Night’ at the end of his shift and I know my friend really
appreciates this, it’s the simple things that count and the girls have my friend spoilt!! Thank you.

Outstanding care to my sister. Can’t thank you enough. My sister really enjoyed her stay. She was treated with such respect and dignity.
Staff were friendly and took the time to listen to all my concerns no matter how small.

I was phoned on Sunday 14/08. I was told by a relative of another patient that my sister went into a bedroom and a man followed her. A staff went in and my sister was sitting on the bed, the man leaning over her. I went in to be told a resident went to staff on 12/08 and told them the same man was
in my sister's bed. This was never reported. On 16/08 I was phoned again and my sister was in a male's room, he had his clothes off and he had previous of this before. I went to the manager on 15/08 and he wasn't told about 12/08. He has since left. He also told a member of staff not to make a report. I'm only getting this done now as I've had bad health since this.

My husband has been in Orchard Lodge Care Home for seven months now, most of which time the home has been in lockdown due to Covid restrictions. However, I am very pleased with the care he is receiving the staff are warm and welcoming and very approachable. I am kept informed of any issues
concerning my husband's wellbeing and I have every confidence in the management of his health needs.
