My mother-in-law was a resident of Emily Bray House for ten years. In all that time, she was happy living there and had her health not deteriorated to the point of needing round the clock care, she would still be happy living there today.

No lift for well over 9 weeks and I was advised only yesterday they have not even ordered the part yet. Very poor considering the majority of your residents have mobility issues and can't even get down to the lounge or office!
