Most of the carers, and team leaders are brilliant but rushed off their feet more staff needed. Reliable, efficient, and caring is the best-assisted home care I have ever seen. My dad is my life and this place takes a lot of stress and worry off my mind. I am disabled and live far away and this
place lets me stay when I come up which is brilliant for my dad.

The cleanliness and personal hygiene of the resident is poor. I visit once a week. My brother is always wearing dirty clothes, he refuses to shower, he doesn't wash his hair or clean his teeth. His flat often smells of urine. If this problem could be resolved I would give Levington Court 10/10.

I am very pleased with all aspects of the care and attention proffered to me during my stay. Therefore the rating is excellent.
