In many ways this is excellent, but most of the time there is lack of menus. Some of the carers are frankly poor and others are excellent. The food is very poor and seems to be getting worse.

Roseberry Mansions is an extra sheltered home that benefits people like me. The staff are very accommodating, listens to your complaints and acts immediately. The environment is quite good and the accommodation is very appropriate for my needs. Activities or events that are being brought to the mansions by management are very interesting and good for the clients/customers/patients who reside here. God Bless.

I'm satisfied with the service at Roseberry Mansions. The staff are very helpful and the management is good. The care provided is excellent and I'm being treated with dignity and the staff supports me with my medication. They always care about my safety and I feel cared for.
