Entirely happy with all aspects of care provided good communication with staff and management. Very pleased with the accommodation and all matters related to care given. I have no concerns with regards anything associated with care provision.

My mother was very well looked after during her last days at the home. She was happy in the spacious airy room with roomy bathroom. The carers and nurses gave her constant attention and looked after her every wish. The staff were friendly kind and respectful. I thoroughly recommend the care home.

We are overall very happy with the level of care. We beieve staff are trying their best but def feel more staff could be available. Our sister has complex needs & staff do not always have the time required to provide this - we understand this is not their fault. Sometimes sister's buzzer goes for a
long time before response. Communication & passing on information between staff/shifts could be better. Management good & friendly & intentions are always good to help as much as possible.

Overall it has been a good experience having my mother in Kingsley Care Home. In my opinion it is a difficult time to review the car home due to fairly recent management & staff changes.

Staff are very friendly, helpful & kind. Accommodation is very good and spacious. Meals are also good. Nice to see a lot of activities are available.

Staff turnover a management has been quite poor. First manager was highly visible, the rest, not so much. Feel residents are not stimulated enough as staff are always busy. Agency staff don't seem interested at times, and some of them are very hard for me to understand, never mind the residents.
Staff that have been there a long time are brilliant. Also upsetting is the fact that they don't have any transport to take the residents on outings, which I feel would benefit the majority. Agency staff also should read residents care plan.

It was a very pleasing experience as my mum has settled in well. Dementia is a horrible illness, and very hard to deal with, but the nurses/carers do an expert job. They are always there with a smile when my mum is feeling low, and it has gone better than I thought it would.

Overall, it has been a very good experience for us to have my uncle in this care home. I have no concerns at this moment in time and if I did have any issues I can speak to the staff and it's listened to and sorted. Special mention to one of the nursing staff who is great at communicating all the
needs to us and just great. Also receptionist who greets you every time with a smile and is always accommodating.

I visit my sister on a weekly basis at Kingsley Care Home. I find the staff, cleanliness and overall experience to be very good. I feel secure in knowing that my relative is safe and secure.

My mother has now been a resident in Kingsley Care Home since March 2023, and I am delighted with the service, care levels and professionalism of all the staff in the home. My mother is very contented and has also gained 15 kilos in weight since being in Kingsley.
My overall experience in Kingsley
has been excellent (particularly when comparing it to the previous care home she was in prior to Kingsley).

Great facility and staff. Mum and Dad are well looked after. The staff are very attentive and caring. It's good to know Mum and Dad are safe and well cared for.

My father, who has Dementia, moved into Kingsley in April 2022. He is very comfortable in his own room surrounded by personal belongings. The home is warm and welcoming, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outside space during the warmer months is a lovely accessible area well used by
residents and visitors alike. Dad thoroughly enjoys the high standard of meals and home baking. His room is always immaculate and the general level of cleanliness throughout the home is very good. Kingsley is very fortunate to have a wonderful activities team who provide a varied programme of events and activities that my Dad has willingly participated in. Regardless of how pleasant the surroundings are the most important element of any home is the care and attention residents receive. All the staff at Kingsley help support my Dad with all activities of daily living looking after his health and welfare. This excellent care is led by the wonderful manager and her team of nursing staff and carers. Thank you.

Kingsley Care Home have been so welcoming and accommodating towards my Uncle, making him feel at home during the difficult transition of leaving his own home.
He has a lovely room, the care for his personal needs is excellent, the standard of food is second to none. The staff are all very
professional, friendly and caring. Whenever we visit they are always lovely.

My mum has been living in Kingsley Care Home for over six months now, and she is very well looked after. She speaks very highly of the staff, and I have seen how kind they are to her. The care home accommodation is incredibly clean and modern, with a lovely tranquil outdoor area.
I am very
impressed by the number and quality of activities organised for the residents, and as I don't live locally, the regularly updated Facebook page gives me and my family pleasure and comfort to see our Mum/Granny/Great Granny happy and laughing. My mum looks so well since she moved into Kingsley and Facetimes me regularly to show me her newly done manicure or hairdo from the onsite salon.
Keep up the fabulous work, Kingsley!

My sister had a severe stroke causing paralysis on her right side and a lack of speech.
Kingsley Care staff have been very understanding of my sister's situation and have been very attentive in her care.
The home appears to be very well run, and the staff are very approachable and helpful.

Kingsley Care is outstanding. The staff are very warm and welcoming and the care that they give the residents is fantastic, the management team go above and beyond with the way they treat everyone and how exceptionally friendly they are when entering the care home.

All the staff are very friendly, caring and approachable. Our friend has settled in well thanks to the care and attention she receives from the care staff.
The home itself is clean and bright and the facilities are excellent and there is a programme of activities for the residents to take part in.

My dad has settled in beautifully since he came into the home in July this year, thanks to the friendliness and care of all the staff. He seems to have completely forgotten his old flat, which he loved, and has accepted Kingsley as his new home, although he can't understand how he owns the whole
place!
From my point of you, and that of my two brothers, we are delighted with the level of care and, once again, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - nurses, ancillary, activities co-ordinator and administrative staff.
Dad is so happy, and we can't believe that we've found such a caring place for him to live out his life.
We can't thank everyone enough.

My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's dementia, and when my father-in-law became ill in June 2022, it became immediately apparent to us just how advanced it was and how much my father-in-law was dealing with. We initially had a respite space but when my father-in-law's diagnosis came back as terminal,
this respite care became permanent.
I cannot praise the staff enough. They arrange such great experiences for the residents and the nursing staff and carers are phenomenal. The rooms are so clean (thank you housekeeping!) and everyone is amazing. The manager has done a wonderful job arranging optical and dental appointments for everyone and making sure everyone is looked after.
