My Wife has been in Dell House for 18 months and I couldn't wish for a better place for Her to be, The Management and Staff are brilliant, patient and caring, always on hand when needed.
The Home is always clean and tidy and well maintained, My Wife's room is always clean, bed always made with
clean linen, laundry done on a regular basis, I can't find one fault with the Home.
My whole Family has the same opinion as Me.
Thank you so much for the care and love you give to My Wife, by the way the food is delicious.

I am trying to my impressions of Dell House over the last yeah. Hi came here when I became unable to live independently after a spell in hospital. Two friends visited several care homes fool me and decided that Dell what is the best and I have no reason to disagree with it I was settled in very
quickly My room suited ideally and the staff made me welcome and cop sympathetically since then I have been comfortably cared for I enjoy the meals and the way my room is kept I have congenial company at meal times And appreciate the efforts that are to keep us entertained

I had a bad fall and was admitted to the A & E at the hospital and remained there until I was well enough to be discharged to a care home for Respite Care. I was very lucky to go to Dell House where they had a room available. The home is very nicely furnished and the staff are exceptionally
friendly, and I have nothing but praise for the dedicated and caring treatment that I received.

My father was a resident in Dell House for over two years until he died recently. He was very content there and always said the carers were so kind. During his last few weeks the carers were outstandingly compassionate, helpful and supportive to my father and me. I cannot praise them enough and am
so grateful that we found Dell House where he could spend the last two years of his life in such a happy place where he was surrounded by love and friendship. Thank you.

I have been very happy here since my wife passed away a few years ago (I expected to have a nervous breakdown! But thank God that I did not.). Everyone here has been so kind and helpful. If I had not come here I think I would have had a nervous breakdown!

My mother has now been a resident at Dell House for almost 17 months, and I am entirely happy with the care that she receives. Sadly, my mother suffers from advanced dementia and is unable to express her views properly, but it is clear from her reactions to the staff that she is fond of them and
feels safe and comfortable with them.

Dell House is a lovely care home. My husband is very happy and treated and cared for well by all the staff. Management keep me informed of developments re his dementia. He is safe and I am confident that he is in the best place possible. Dell House is clean and run very effectively and efficiently.
Staff are professional and friendly at every level. My husband's needs are well catered for. The food is extremely good and there are lots of activities provided for residents.

Thank you all staff at Dell House. You have treated Dad so well and looked after him amazingly these last few weeks after his discharge from hospital.

Everyone at Dell House is extremely caring and friendly. The organisation of medical needs is very efficient with a dedicated doctor visiting once a week. Management tries very hard to solve any problems and are very efficient and friendly. The food is very good and there is a wide selection for
every need. Care is on call 24 hours a day and a lot of attention is put in place to care for all the residents. The facilities are brilliant too.

Find them caring, friendly and helpful. Had a problem but was thankful it was soon sorted. They also soon got on with my illness when I had a high temperature and another problem. They had a doctor here the next day on both occasions. I can only praise them and thank them for everything. The meals
were great. If you fancied something else they would do it. Once again, thank you

Dell House did a great job caring for my father in the final few months of his life. I regret he did not agree to join the community a few years earlier.

I found most of the staff brilliant, more than happy to help and most professional in the tasks they take on.
The food was excellent if a bit scarce and each breakfast is individually cooked to order! Beds are changed daily and there is always plenty of towels and hot water.
