My experience has been very pleasant. The carers are very attentive to the residents and their families. There are lots of suitable activities and the food is good too. The home always looks clean and tidy.

I very rarely write reviews however I was compelled to do so in praise of this care home. From the staff on reception to the management and the catering staff, everyone takes pride in making sure my father gets the very best possible care. It's the hardest decision in the world to put a parent in
care and it was very upsetting, however I know he will always be cared for to the highest standard at Kingsfield Court. From the activities to the food (although he doesn't like custard!) to the staff members, I can leave after visiting him with a happy heart, knowing he is in caring, friendly and safe hands. Thanks to all the staff there - keep up the excellent work.

Mum was moved to end of life and the cost of continuing care in her own home became impossible. Kingsfield Court was the perfect homely solution. Everyone from the first contact to the last was kind, considerate and compassionate. It was the only care home I have entered that smelt completely clean-
no lingering smell of ammonia or overpowering air fresheners that I had experienced elsewhere. After assessment the team got mum in really quickly. We were given a choice, and found mum the perfect room with calming green coloured walls and a tree that was full of bird life outside her window. She was able to bring in furniture and pictures and things to make it homely. She settled right in and even got involved in the activities. The carers clearly all genuinely get on with each other and know every resident so well. The care was exceptional. We were with mum when she passed and the staff were lovely. If she had wanted to move earlier she could have enjoyed it when she was well enough.

My mom was very happy at Kingsfield Court, Earl Shilton. Her room was comfortable and the staff/carers looking after her did so with patience, care and kindness. They showed compassion and support to Mom and the rest of the family.

My mother went to Kingsfield Court at first to recuperate from hosptial. After a week, mum decided she was better staying a permanent resident, she always told us they were very kind to her and she was well looked after. The last week of my mum's life, the staff could not have done more with such
kindness and care for my mum and all the family. They showed respect and dignity. They washed and dressed mum after she passed, also lined the corridor to see her off. A lovely ending for mum. Thank you.

Very welcoming staff they put the residents care and wellbeing first, my mum is a new resident and is very happy. It is early days but cannot fault all aspects of the care and facilities. Communication from the home to us as family of a resident is excellent, long may it continue.

Making the admission arrangements was done very thoroughly, professionally and sensitively. We received a very warm welcome. The home has the look of a good hotel and is very well-furnished. The staff are efficient and very caring. They are very welcoming of residents family and friends. Activities
are plentiful, appropriate and inclusive. I am delighted with every aspect of the care provided for my wife, and for myself. The level of engagement with residents and visitors is to be highly commended. Nothing is too much trouble. All queries are speedily addressed.

Our Mum had a very happy stay at Kingsfield Court for respite following discharge from Hospital after falling at home. Mum has COPD. We can not fault a single thing! All staff were excellent and went out their way to make Mum feel at home, spent time to sit and chat with her, even in the middle of
the night .Very clean, bright and a warm welcome feeling as soon as you enter. All staff always professional, cheerful and caring. Bedroom was beautiful, clean, spacious and homely. Regular tea & biscuit trolley comes round in main communal area and bedrooms. Homemade food and the Sunday roasts were second to none! The activities ladies were outstanding, something planned everyday even a trip to the local coffee shop and a mini-bus trip to their 'sister home' down the road (social media page) Onsite hairdresser salon too! We as a family will always be so grateful for providing Mum with such a wonderful and loving stay. Special heartfelt thanks to three members of staff in particular we will be forever grateful.

My mother had been in Kingsfield court for the past 5 years, whilst suffering from Dementia. The care has always been supportive and faultless. I'm sad to say that my mother passed away earlier this month and again the staff where all so thoughtful and understanding, mum was on the first floor but
to a person Kingsfield staff where magnificent.
Thank you to two staff members in particular for going above and beyond your care duties. You made a terrible situation bearable. My heart felt thank yous!

My husband was generally looked after very well and his end-of-life care was handled well. The senior carer and night staff when he died were wonderful.

I am truly grateful that my late Mum spent her final months in Kingsfield Court I cannot fault one single thing about the whole experience every aspect of this home is excellent from management, cleaning, food, laundry, and most importantly the 'caring' carers you are amazing and you know who you
are. I cannot thank everyone enough. Would highly recommend it to anyone who needs help and care.

Excellent care home. Mums stay was only for a few weeks and she was very challenging. The staff were brilliant and ensured mum got the help she needed. Couldn't have been any more helpful.

Dad seems to be happy at Kingsfield. His care seems to be ok for him. He enjoys his food. The majority of staff are very helpful and informative and care for his needs.

I am very happy with the service, my father is safe and happy. There is no issues, he gets looked after well, he is happy and content, he loves his food, he is well settled here. I would recommend Kingsfield Court to everyone.

At weekends reception is always pleasant, helpful and has a good sense of humour. Always gets things done. Lovely home.

During the year that my mother-in-law was at Kingsfield Court, I have never seen anything untoward. The patience, care and compassion of the staff are exemplary including the end-of-life care which was faultless. The building is super clean and the food is appetising. Every resident is well-treated
and personalised. Well done to all and thank you.

Kingsfield Court offers a very friendly, caring environment. It is like walking into a hotel, not a care home. My aunt has always praised staff for their level of care. The food at Kingsfield is amazing, the catering staff produce amazing food, and it is always presented in a lovely way. They 100%
offer a person-centred approach to the care they provide in all areas.
