My Mom received amazing care in the 3.!/2 years she was at lisbeth. Mom was treated like family and so was
I and my daughter and son. All the staff are so friendly as soon as you walk through the door.They even called her nan which she liked as she had Dementia. The residents are always happy and
the staff go above and beyond. The activities are really good and so is the entertainment. Even though Mom was bed ridden at the end they still included her , what a care home. We would not have wanted her anywhere else.The last week
of moms life was hard for myself and daughter and son, watching her slip away but what a team they even made sure we were looked after. Thank you so much Andrea you have a care home to be proud of and all the staff should be proud of themselves . To everyone at Lisbeth we loved you all and we will never forget what you did for Mom.

I would like to thank everyone at Lisbeth Nursing Home for the care my dear friend received. The staff were kind, helpful and supportive to her, they treated her condition with dignity, which was so important to her. Lisbeth keeps you up to date with the resident and events.

The support my father had and family was fantastic. Navigating and working with both NHS and social services/ local authorities is never easy. The manager Andrea was fantastic/ professional and above all strict and that is what you need at emotional difficulties to benefit all.

My mother has been at the Lisbeth Nursing Home for 4 years. The staff are very caring, and loving to the residents. My mother is very happy, and loves the staff more then me! I love the management. They are very dedicated, coming in at weekends and holidays. I would rate them 100%. Thank you to all

I have not been in a care home before, but my experience here it feels like a good quality home. I would like a wider variety of food choices, however, they have got me currys in and the odd pizza.

Staff are friendly, helpful, considerate and always consider residents dignity. Regardless of their position/ rule at the home they engage with residents and family members. A variety of entertainment and activities are provided including external singers fitness instructors which again family
members are included in. Generally a positive experience in difficult circumstances.

My wife was sent to this nursing home as a temporary measure, was so impressed with the staff and management she is now a permanent resident. The management are really efficient and helpful. Would not want my wife anywhere else.

Lisbeth Nursing Home staff communicated excellently from the moment they were contacted following a difficult discharge from the local hospital - their ability to maintain communication was empathetic, non-judgemental and second to none. Staff gave us regular updates and phone calls when new
information came to light, ensuring that what was already a stressful series of events, felt like someone cared about our family having never actually met us - this made the world of difference amongst what felt a chaotic and emotionally stressful period.
I whole heartedly and fully recommend Lisbeth Nursing Home to other families facing end of life palliative care. My father's care remained outstanding through the last weeks of his life, the lasting imprint on our lives that the Lisbeth Nursing Home team left us is one of gratitude, love and more care for my father than these words can describe - they simply wrapped him and us in love. Thank you

My husband is currently in Lisbeth House to heal a grade 4 pressure sore, which was acquired in hospital. Not only are they actually healing the sore, but our family is able to relax and know he is in good hands. They take great care of him and us.
My husband doesn't take part in activities.

My Mum moved to Lisbeth in December 2024 from another care home out of the area. I can honestly say from the very first day my Mum has received the best possible care here and for this we are so thankful. All of the staff are amazing, so friendly and professional. Management are proactive and are
very approachable. The home itself is very well maintained and my Mum's room is spotless with her bed always made nicely. The food is lovely and tasty and Mum's clothes laundered well. My Mum has settled in there so well. Thank you Lisbeth .

I visit one of the residents now and again and the home is just perfect all of the staff are so friendly and helpful and it is ran so professionally.The home is always clean and fresh and the meals are wonderful my friend is very happy there and it is like a home so cosy and warm there are lots of
activities too .I would highly recommend Lisbeth house to anyone wanting their loved ones taken care of .

The management team are well led and pro-active - trying their best to sort the needs of the residents. They respond to the needs to the resident. Our mother received excellent level of care in respect to her very bad bad sorts. Their attention to responding to the requirements of this specialist
care quite possibly saved our mum's life. The staff are wonderful, always smiling and taking time to chat and respond to requests. Rooms are lovely and calm. This is a truly wonderful care home!!

I'm blown away by the kindness and compassion these wonderful carers, nurses, kitchen staff, management and admin team have shown to myself and my niece in what can only be described as the most heartbreaking circumstances.
My brother had a very short and aggressive battle with cancer and stayed
with this wonderful bunch of people for just 7 days. But the love and warmth shown was immeasurable and whilst we said a very sad goodbye to him on February 3rd, I will always keep everyone at Lisbeth Nursing Home very close to my heart.

My mom went to Lisbeth House initially through a discharge to assess bed from hospital. From the moment that she arrived, she was welcomed with open arms into an amazing home where a dedicated and exceptional team of people work.
They did everything within their powers to ensure Mom became a
permanent resident as she was loved from the moment she arrived.
This is how a home for your loved one should be when they have to go into care a home filled with compassion, love, understanding and upmost respect for your loved ones.
My mom only resided at Lisbeth House a short while as she passed away on the 9th December but I am so glad her final days was with these amazing human beings.
Thank you to each and everyone of you.

All the Lisbeth House team are absolutely incredible they cared for my dad right up until the moment he died. They treated him with the utmost dignity and compassion, even after their shifts had long since finished they stayed with me to make sure I had all the time with my dad that I needed. We
laughed and cried together they made such a heartbreaking time that little bit easier. The love and support I have received from Lisbeth will go unmatched and it was the best decision I ever made for my dad to place him in their care, it really felt like he was being cared for by family. This team of amazing people go above and beyond to care for your loved ones in the time that they are with them and I will be forever grateful that I was lucky enough to have their support.

My late grandfather was transferred to Lisbeth from another home at the end of July due to his care needs becoming complex. From the moment he went into their care the care he received was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anybody and he was treated with dignity and respect right up
until the very end. I could not have wished for better care for him during his final few weeks. the staff are among the friendliest I have ever met and I was extremely comforted in the fact my grandad was so well looked after.

My mom went to Lisbeth in July for future care assessment. She was very well looked after and we found the staff were very kind and attentive. On her 97th birthday, they surprised her with a cake which was very much appreciated.
She unfortunately passed away at the end of August but the home
offered continued support.
Thanks to all concerned.

My mom went into Lisbeth House early February 2024 and sadly passed away there last week. I am so glad that my mom spent the final months of her life in Lisbeth House, the staff were amazing with her from day 1, even the catering and cleaning staff would go and say good morning, have a joke with her
and generally brighten her day. The care and compassion throughout her time with them was exemplary. Plenty of activities for residents to get involved with and clean bright lounges where they could spend time or sit with relatives when they visited. At the end, my mom and us as a family received GENUINE care from every single member of the team that we came into contact with. We cannot thank the team at Lisbeth House enough for the love and support shown during what was a very difficult time.
