The warm welcome received at Blossomfield Rose immediately put us at ease and reassured us that Mum would be safe and cared for here. The care home staff are all friendly and accommodating. The building is perfect and suitable for Mum's needs. It didn't take long for Mum to overcome her concerns about leaving her home, and quickly became accustomed to life at Blossomfield Rose.

Blossomfield Rose is a superb care home. First impressions are calming, caring, beautiful in its surroundings and plenty of love for its residents. My husband is treated with care, dignity and compassion, I was confident in leaving him while taking a holiday. The staff are so friendly and always around to help with extra care and advice. The dining room is a sociable place for eating, chatting and planned activities. Meals look appetizing and portion sizes are suited to resident's appetites. My husband often has his meals in his room - that is ok too. The rooms are very comfortable, beautiful and scrupulousy clean! I could not ask for a better care home for my husband and would highly recommend to anyone.

I would like to thank the whole team at Blossomfield Rose for supporting my family in the transition into the home for my father this week. He has Alzheimers disease. Following a hospital admission and advice on finding care, the process has been smooth and calm, it could have been very different. From the receptionist to the manager, everyone has treated us with kindness and respect. More importantly, my father has been treated with respect as an individual. It is early days in terms of settling in, but I hope this will enable him to feel safe and secure.

I can't thank you enough for the care and understanding shown to my aunt who has dementia. I arrived unexpected today to see her sitting at a table feeding herself, enjoying soup. At her previous home she was refusing all food and being fed with fortified yogurts only. The nurses here have listened to her and have completely changed her quality of life. I recommend this home. The food choices are top quality too.

Oh my word, myself and my uncle are overwhelmed with how beautiful Blossomfield Rose is. I seen many care homes that had that carehome feel but Blossomfield Rose is a carehome with a hotel feel. It's so beautiful I would rate it as a 10* The staff are just amazing and can not do enough for the residents, if anyone is looking for somewhere for their loved one's I would reccomend looking here first.

My mum has only been here a month but I cannot fault the care home so far. All the staff I have encountered have been excellent, the room is a good size with a nice outside view. My mum is enjoying the food and is stating she is happy here. Can see on the social media page she is being encouraged to participate in activities which is good for her. In summary we are very happy with Blossomfield Rose.

The team at Blossomfield Rose did a fantastic job of moving my mother in quickly under difficult circumstances. For my mother it was like a cloud lifting on arrival. Since she arrived she has been treated with care and dignity by the team.

They made the tough process of getting permanent care feel effortless, after I spent a (very) long time looking at options. The surroundings are beautiful, the facilities just great, the room more than I was expecting and above all I have peace of mind that my mum is well cared for. It's feels like the oasis of calm she will settle into well. Plus there's a movie room and views of donkeys! Thank you to all.

My mother has been here since November 2024. When she arrived from hospital with dementia, and a fall. She was very frail when she arrived but due to the love and care from this care home, she has improved dramatically. I cannot praise the staff enough.

Lovely home. Bedroom is big with lots of cupboard space, nice view from window Staff seem very nice. My mother in law hasn't been in long as yet but she seems very happy at the moment It is just a shame the home don't have a minibus to be able to go out on trips as this is something my mother in law might miss from her previous home

Having been since the place opened I've seen many changes. Mainly for the best, I know the home will continue to getting better. Its a beautiful home, the staff try their hardest.

I cannot recommend this residential care home highly enough. From the moment you step inside, the warm and welcoming atmosphere is evident. We would like to say thank you for the kindness and care mum received from the staff on the reception, the coffee shop, hairdressers, beauty salon and the carers. However the management team were not what we expected from such a high end care home. The home has all 'the bells and whistles' but lacks on the important things. The manager didn't even know mum's name and never did throughout her year of being there. Staffing levels were very inadequate at times. We were told when we initially came to view the home that there were cameras in all the rooms and in the public area. Unfortunately this was misleading as we later found out the cameras had never been in operation. Mum also had a nasty fall and was in hospital for some time, we understand falls are common with dementia but the investigation that followed could have been handled better. We have since moved mum to another care home and are delighted with the level of care and dignity, it is an amazing place.

This home is like a 5 star hotel. Dad went in for 6 weeks respite and was about to sign a contract to stay permanently when he had to go back to hospital. The facilities are brilliant as is the food + restaurant service. The staff are first class and treated dad like a family member he was extremely well taken care of. Although dad was in a wheelchair he was always taken to the entertainment + activities he wished to attend. The management are always visible, helpful and available at short notice. The staff have kept in touch whilst dad was in hospital and we hope to get him back into Blossomfield Rose for nursing care.

A dear friend of ours advised that she was looking to move from her Care Home and asked for some help to find a new one. We focused our search to the South of Birmingham and viewed several before Blossomfield Rose. We would have saved a lot of time and effort if we had seen Blossomfield at the start. The entire process, of deciding which of the many homes would be best, was made very easy thanks to all at Blossomfield. The location, decor, furnishings and appearance of the home could easily pass for the contents of a 5 Star hotel. The same is true of the food, which was simply outstanding and delicious. Each room is designed to make the resident feel at home as do all of the individual elements of Blossomfield Rose. The home offers a host of activities to cater to everyone. Our friend is the happiest she has been and we would thank the leadership team and all at Blossomfield Rose. Collectively they transformed a building into a caring, safe and beautiful home.

Blossomfield Rose was a great choice for our Mother who was suffering with Alzheimers and Cancer, requiring significant nursing care. They supported us throught the transition from hospital to care home and did everything they could to ensure the stay was as comfortable and fulfilling as possible. Highly recommend.
